The aim of this work is to study multiobjective optimization problems with or without dynamics and the generalized Bolza problem and its applications. After having pointed out some concepts of nonsmooth analysis, we begin the first part of this thesis with the existence of Lagrange multipliers for multiobjective optimization problems in infinite dimension with a general preference. We introduce the regularity of preference and use calmness qualification condition we establish the existence of Karush-Kuhn-Tucker multipliers. Proton Direct Ionization in Sub-Micron Technologies : Test Methodologies and Modelling

Two different low energy proton (LEP) test methods, one with quasi-monoenergetic and the other with very wide proton beam energy spectra, have been studied. The two test methodologies have been applied to devices that were suggested from prior heavy-ion tests to be sensitive to proton direct ionization (PDI). The advantages and disadvantages of the two test methods are discussed. The test method using quasi-monoenergetic beams requires device preparation and high energy resolution beams, but delivers results that can be interpreted directly and can be used in various soft error rate (SER) calculation methods. Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot paleoģeogrāfiskos apstākļus Vilkmuižas ezera attīstības laikā un iespējamo cilvēku klātbūtni tā apkārtnē, veicot ezera nogulumu pētījumus. Darbā apkopota informācija par Vilkmuižas ezera izcelsmi, bet iegūtie rezultāti no ezera nogulumu analīzes ļauj noteikt iespējamo Vilkmuižas ezera veidošanās laiku, tā ūdens līmeņa svārstības, kā arī paleoveģetācijas izmaiņas ezerā un tā tuvākajā apkārtnē. Tāpat mēģināts rast pazīmes par cilvēku iespējamo klātbūtni pie Vilkmuižas ezera, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot pazīmēm, kas attiektos uz 11. 14. gs seno kuršu ugunskapiem Vilkmuižas ezerā. International audience; In the western Algerian steppe, the public authorities have carried out actions aimed at rural development (agricultural development programs) and combating desertification (grazing reserves) to counter the significant and rapid loss of vegetation cover of pastures by overgrazing, and the consequent impacts on local livelihoods.
