Hlorēto parafīnu un bromēto antipirēnu noteikšana apkārtējās vides paraugos no Svalbāras, izmantojot augstas izšķirtspējas masspektrometriju

Maģistra darbā ir apkopota informācija bromēto antipirēnu un hlorēto parafīnu izmantošanas vēsturi, īpašībām un izplatības dinamiku līdz polāriem reģioniem, ar fokusu uz heksabromciklododkānu. Papildus, tika apkopota informācijā no literatūras par šo savienojumu sastopamību apkārtējās vides paraugos no Arktikas un Antarktīdas. Iepriekš izstrādāta paraugu sagatavošanas metode eksperimentālā daļā tika optimizēta, izvērtējot izvēlēto fāžu efektivitāti bromēto antipirēnu frakcionēšanai. Paraugu sagatavošanas procedūru pielietoja paraugos esošu piesārņotāju profilu raksturošanai un daudzumu noteikšanai Eiropas Arktikas izcelsmes augsnes paraugos.

Początki kultury muzycznej Nowego Waliszowa związane są z tamtejszą świątynią pw. św. Mikołaja. Już w 1699 r. wyposażono ją w 7-głosowy pozytyw. Obecne organy zostały wybudowane w 1912 r. przez firmę Schlag & Söhne ze Świdnicy. Instrument typu multiplex o pneumatycznej trakturze rejestrów i gry posiada 15 głosów, w tym dziewięć realnych. Niewielka parafia dysponowała także zespołem wokalno-instrumentalnym, który nie tylko dbał o liturgię, ale także organizował koncerty. W 1930 r. liczył 31 chórzystów i 16 instrumentalistów. The contribution deals with the origin of the particular place assigned in the Paraphrase of Theophilos to Obligations in relation to the Institutional System ‘personae-res-actiones’. The Author suggests that the displacement of Obligations from the field of the res to the field of the actiones and the representation of Obligations as “mothers of actions”, instead of deriving from an existing idea of Theophilos or from a general byzantine view, is influenced by some passages of the Justinian’s Institutions.

Contribution over time of human papillomavirus (HPV) types in human cancers has been poorly documented. Such data is fundamental to measure current HPV vaccines impact in the years to come. We estimated the HPV type-specific distribution in a large international series of invasive cervical cancer (ICC) over 70 years prior to vaccination. Paraffin embedded ICC cases diagnosed between 1940 and 2007 were retrieved from eleven countries in Central-South America, Asia and Europe. International audience; In this study, stationary and time-resolvedfluorescence signatures, were statistically and chemometrically analyzed among three typologies of Chardonnay wines (A, B and C) with the objectives to evaluate their sensitivity to acidic and polyphenolic changes.
