Artykuł dotyczy problematyki nierówności poziomu zaspokojenia potrzeby mieszkaniowej na wsi w Polsce, jako podstawowej determinanty poziomu życia. Celem zaprezentowanych w nim badań jest identyfikacja zróżnicowania sytuacji mieszkaniowej oraz subiektywnych ocen gospodarstw domowych na wsi i porównanie ich z wybranymi obiektywnymi charakterystykami sytuacji materialnej tych podmiotów. La recherche présentée ici propose une méthode de description et d’évaluation des caractéristiques d’un paysage qui combine la géographie quantitative et l’économétrie des modèles hédoniques. Un modèle géographique produit des indices caractérisant les paysages à partir d’une reconstitution de la vue depuis le sol, en tenant compte des effets du relief et des masques que les objets hauts opposent à la vue. Il décrit la quantité de paysage vu par un observateur au niveau du sol en la répartissant entre 13 types d’occupations du sol. The aim of the article is to identify the degree of cohesion of goals and needs of functional areas development with targets defined in the development of communes and a region. The functional areas: urban and sub-regional of Opole Province make the case study here. Currently the Sicilian system of protected areas appears to be extremely advanced with its 12% of territory protected by regional regulations versus the nationwide average of 11%, but it is also the most contradictory one.
