Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir "Galda tenisistu sociālā iekļaušanās ārzemēs". Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalizēt un iegūt izpratni par Latvijas galda tenisistu sociālo iekļaušanos, pārstāvot ārzemju sporta komandas, un pieredzi, spēlējot ārzemju sabiedrībā. Par pētījuma teorētisko pamatu tiek izvēlēta koncepcija "Kolektīvā iekļaušanas vajadzība", kā arī aprakstītas sociālās iekļaušanās grūtības, ar kurām saskaras sportisti migrācijas procesā. Bakalaura darbā tiek pielietota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, un ir veiktas septiņas daļēji strukturētās intervijas ar Latvijas galda tenisistiem. In the UK, for example, the Civil Partnership Act (2004) recognised same-sex ‘civil unions’, while in Spain the 2005 amendment of the Civil Code granted full marriage rights to gay couples. A review is made on the instruments and dimensions that use the different Spanish universities to evaluate the professors from student’s ratings. Selecting repeated items, almost used in four or more universities, a new instrument has been created and validated with 334 students of the University of A Coruña. Results are analysed.

Metodo Familias de Gipuzkoa y Valencia (394 y 382, respectivamente) completaron un cuestionario en 2015-2016. Se estimaron la baja intensidad de trabajo (BIT), el riesgo de pobreza (RP) y la privacion material (PM). AROPE consistio en cumplir cualquiera de estos subindicadores. Is the sustainability profile of FinTech companies a key driver of their value?

[EN] The digitisation process is affecting all markets and raising consumer awareness about companies' sustainable behaviour. This work studies the effect of the sustainability profile of FinTech companies on the firm (market value and book value) as the factors that add value to investors and motivate their evolution in markets are still unknown. Using the KBW and Nasdaq FinTech Indices, and the NASDAQ Insurance Index (IXIS), we composed a panel of 95 companies over a 10-year period (2010-2019) with economic-financial variables and data about green certificates and sustainability indices.
