Le site de Lux La Perrouze (Saône-et-Loire) apporte de nouvelles données sur le Campaniforme bourguignon par la découverte d’une petit ensemble céramique remarquablement homogène, contenu dans le remplissage de quatre structures en creux. Cet ensemble se compose essentiellement de céramique commune, mais quelques gobelets décorés sont également à signaler. L’étude de ce mobilier permet de souligner la remarquable homogénéité des productions du groupe campaniforme bourguignon-jurassien tant pour leur chronologie que pour leurs affinités culturelles. Excavations at the site of Le Vignaud 3, Langlade, situated at the heart of the Vaunage, have revealed a settlement constructed in dry stone which fits perfectly within the local Fontbouisse tradition (as exemplified at Boussargues, Le Rocher-du-Causse, etc.). As well as being of architectural interest, particularly in relation to the internal organisation of enclosed sites, the site also produced a large number of finds (pottery, lithics, animal bones, etc.) which provide evidence of Fontbouisse culture and Bell Beaker occupation. The first discoveries concerning the Early Bronze Age in the region of Genlis (Burgundy, Côte d’Or) were madeduring the construction of the A39 motorway, the first major development project to be associated with archaeological monitoring. Excavations made by H. Dartevelle in the early 1990’s revealed two large areas of settlements with two ellipsoidal houses, smaller buildings and satellite structures (Dartevelle 1992). The site of Genlis-Izier, “Le Joannot” remained the only local reference for early Bronze Age habitats until the early 2010’s, when the construction of the L.G.V. The term "Bell Beaker", in the strict sense, designates a ceramic beaker form with an S-shaped profile that gives it the shape of an inverted bell. This type of drinking-vessel is characterized by both its very particular pattern of decoration and by the generally skilled execution of that decoration. Die Glockenbecherkultur im mediterranen Südfrankreich : ein historisches InterpretationsmodellIm Folgenden werden einige Teilergebnisse aus einer Dissertation vorgestellt, die im März 2002 an der Universität Aix-en-Provence vorgelegt wurde (Lemercier 2002). In dieser Arbeit wurden sämtliche Glockenbecher-Elemente (1200 verzierte Gefässe bzw. Gefässfragmente) aus über 300 südostfranzösischen Fundstellen mit annähernd berücksichtigt. In south-eastern France, the récent Bell-Beaker culture is marked by the presence of a regional Rhône-Provence group having complex relationships with other régional Bell-Beaker and regional final Neolithic groups. The analysis from a spatial point of view and at different levels (cultural space, territory, land) leads to a better knowledge of prehistoric geography and also to raises other questions, such as chronology, history of populations and socio-economic models.
