Causas y consecuencias de la insatisfacción en consumidores con atribuciones externas

[ES] Este trabajo aborda el estudio de la formación de la insatisfacción, desde la perspectiva cognitiva y afectiva, y de sus consecuencias en forma de intenciones de comportamientos de queja. El objetivo es investigar la influencia directa e indirecta, a través de los afectos negativos, que ejerce la desconfirmación de expectativas sobre la insatisfacción, y analizar la contribución de estos juicios sobre las intenciones de respuestas de queja, a terceras partes y privadas. [ES] El envío de mensajes cortos a programas, anuncios o concursos de televisión se ha convertido hoy en día en una fuente importante de ingresos tanto para los operadores de telefonía móvil como para las cadenas y productoras televisivas. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar cómo contribuye la actitud y la relación individuo-medio en que el telespectador utilice este servicio de mensajería para participar en los programas televisivos. Los advergames son videojuegos orientados a la comunicación publicitaria. Su naturaleza de mensaje híbrido, al combinar contenido publicitario y contenido de entretenimiento, aporta interesantes posibilidades al desarrollo de comunicaciones de marketing en un entorno mediático en el que la publicidad tradicional ha ido perdiendo eficacia. The effect of school quality on educational attainment and wages

The paper examines the effects of school pupil-teacher ratios and type of school on educational attainment and wages using the British National Child Development survey (NCDS). The NCDS is a panel survey which has followed a cohort of individuals born in March 1958, and has a rich set of background variables recorded throughout the individual's life. The results suggest that, once we control for ability and family background, the pupil-teacher ratio has no impact on educational qualifications or on male wages.
