L'aglio coltura "antica" e tipica di molte aree della Sicilia, ha svolto e continua a svolgere un ruolo fondamentale nella storia della tradizione culinaria. La specie viene, inoltre, utilizzata per usi terapeutici e presenta pregevoli caratteristiche nutrizionali. L'ampia disponibilità di popolazioni locali di aglio ha indotto, il Consorzio di ricerca Co.Ri.S.S.I.A. di Palermo ad avviare una ricerca finalizzata alla caratterizzazione e valorizzazione di accessioni di aglio di diversa provenienza. Dall'esperienza condotta è emerso che la specie ha presentato, in generale, una buona adattabilità all'ambiente di prova, riuscendo a fornire produzioni quanti-qualitative soddisfacenti.

The commentary discusses the scope of the court's jurisdiction in the proceedings to issue a cumulative judgment. The author agrees with the Supreme Court's view that, in its cumulative judgment, a court should neither assess whether individual penalties imposed under separate judgments are correct, nor should it analyse the extent of culpability and the social harm caused by the acts. In his contribution, the author presents the work on the codification (initially on the Act) of procedural criminal law in Poland in the years 1919–1928. Those works were initially led by the Criminal Department of the Codification Committee, and then by the Criminal Proceedings Section of the Codification Commission. The first period of the work on the criminal procedure law was characterized by some disputes between the members of the Department, i.e. supporters of the classical school (E.
