The title compound, C15H16O2, crystallizes with three independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The intramolecular torsion angle between the aromatic rings of each molecule are −36.4 (3), 41.3 (3) and −37.8 (3)°. In the crystal, the complicated packing of the molecules forms wave-like layers along the b and c axes. The molecules are connected via extensive methoxy–phenyl C—H…π interactions. A weak C—H…O hydrogen-bonding network also exists between methoxy O atoms and aromatic or methoxy H atoms.

Katrā desmitajā rēzus negatīvajā grūtniecībā, māte ir rēzus negatīva, bet auglis rēzus pozitīvs, kas potenciāli predisponē rēzus D izosensibilizācijai. Adekvāta antenatāla un agrīna pēcdzemdību profilakse samazina izosensibilizācijas sastopamību. Pētījumā tika izanalizētas grūtnieču antivielu titri pret D antigēniem un imunizācija antenatālā un agrīnā pēcdzemdību periodā, rēzus negatīvo māšu grupā Latvijā 2012.gadā. Retrospektīvā pētījumā, piecu Latvijas reģionu slimnīcās, tika aplūkotas 75,67% (n=14682) dzemdību nodaļu vēstures no dzemdībam 2012.gadā Latvijā. Purpose The PRAME tumour antigen is expressed in several tumour types but in few normal adult tissues. A dose-escalation phase I/II study (NCT01149343) assessed the safety, immunogenicity and clinical activity of the PRAME immunotherapeutic (recombinant PRAME protein (recPRAME) with the AS15 immunostimulant) in patients with advanced melanoma. Polyphenols and Pharmacological Screening of a Monarda fistulosa L. dry Extract Based on a Hydrodistilled Residue By-Product

This study aimed to determine the composition and content of polyphenols in the dry extract obtained from the hydrodistilled residue by-product of the wild bergamot (Monarda fistulosa L., Lamiaceae Martinov family) herb (MFDE) and to evaluate its safety and pharmacological properties. The total phenolic content (TPC) in the MFDE was 120.64 mg GAE/g. The high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis showed the presence of a plethora of phenolic compounds, including hydroxycinnamic acids and flavone derivatives in the MFDE, with rosmarinic acid and luteolin-7-O-glucoside being the main components. Our cities should be designed to accommodate everybody, including children. We will not move toward a more sustainable society unless we accept that children are people with transportation needs, and ‘bussing’ them around, or providing parental limousine services at all times, will not lead to sustainability.
