Hiperkompetitivitātes ietekme uz stratēģisko plānošanu mūsdienu biznesa vidē; Patēriņa elektronikas mazumtirdzniecības nozares analīze
2018
2021
Small architectures can help to reinstate a daily use of the archaeological park, no longer considered as a specialised fence. The projects feed on iconographic memories that indicate where and how to look at. The comparison between the historical views and the current state shows some changes. Today the contemporary city surrounds the temples, arising among billboards, behind traffic lights. Unlike the postcards' logic where the ruins appear isolated, in the wake of a generic polemic against the recent transformations, the article aims to focus on a new aesthetic where contemporary architecture narrates a dialogue between different parts, offering new paths of approach to the ruins.
Tekstuāla un vizuālā semiotika Iana Makjūena romānā "Piedošana" un tā ekranizācijā
2022
ACTUALITY OF TWINS UPBRINGING/SELF-UPBRINGING IN CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY
2018
In this research the culture history methodology approach has been used for the research of theoretical sources on upbringing/self-upbringing correlations. The objective and subjective factors influencing upbringing/self-upbringing characterizing the individual twins personality have been defined and given the analysis of the correlated components: temperament, attitudes, abilities, volition. The upbringing fosters self-upbringing, where volition and goal-directed action serve as the development opportunity for human abilities, while the twins individuality fostering techniques (undertaking of commitments, self-analysis, self-reporting, self-control, self-assessment) provide an opportunit…

Arquitectura blanca : la poética contemporánea
2023
Estetyka "re-" w Weselu na podstawie "Wesela" z Teatru im. Jana Kochanowskiego w Opolu
2016
The subject of the article is, modern in last decades, a creative way of parasitising on someone else‘s texts – a reinterpretation of texts which were written some time ago. As an example of such a modern drama strategy, called a literary recycling, I chose ―The Wedding‖ on the basis of Wyspianski‘s ―The Wedding‖ presented in Jan Kochanowski Theatre in Opole. The staging is a reinterpretation of a well-known drama of Jan Wyspianski which leads us to many reflections. How far can a director walk away from an original text, traditions, conventions, a spectator‘s habits? What kind of compromises can be discussed to, on the one hand, keep the part of original content, and on the other hand, pre…
Uprooted: A conversation with Artist Yang Yi
2017
Chinese photo artist Yang Yi was born in a small town by the Yangtze River. His Uprooted series made in 2007 foreshadowed the inundation of his hometown due to the construction of Three Gorges Project and the loss and preservation of memories. For Yang Yi, the Three Gorges Project not only inundated the physical space, but affected all of life and disrupted a long history and tradition of his hometown. Yang Yi has participated in many solo and group exhibitions in China and abroad. In 2010, he was selected to be one of that year’s PDN 30 New and Emerging Photographers to Watch.
