Lipas-database includes basic information of Finland's public sport facilities, outdoor routes and recreational areas with excat location information. This data includes the situation in database as a list of sport facilities and their basic information. 3 map files (shapefiles) are included (data as points, lines and regions). The map files also include basic information about the sport facilities. The database is updated regularly and the data collection has been going on since 1970's. More information about the Lipas-data is found in www.lipasinfo.fi. En el ambito de la gestion deportiva, la calidad de losservicios deportivos y la satisfaccion de los usuarios es un area de gran desarrollo. Este trabajo pretende determinar el grado de calidad percibida en unos servicios deportivos de caracter publico como son unas escuelas de actividades nauticas. Para ello se analizaron 2375 usuarios de estas escuelas que contestaron un cuestionario sobre calidad de servicio percibida y satisfaccion con el servicio recibido. This working paper investigates the question of changing people mobility towards more sustainable habits involving them in an engaging gameplay. The work is performed within MUV H2020 research and innovation action. The game design, definition and features have been co-created through the involvement of different citizens and stakeholders in six European neighbourhoods. The paper discusses the game design as resulting from co-creation and co-design experiences with each neighbourhood communities involved in initial phases. The adoption of Open Educational Resources (OER) can support collaboration and knowledge sharing. One of the main areas of the usage OER is the internationalization, i.e., the use in a global context. However, the globally distributed co-creation of digital materials is still low. Conceptualizing the Value Co-Destruction Process for Service Systems: Literature Review and Synthesis

This study conceptualizes the notion of value co-destruction by reviewing and synthesizing the scattered and scarce value co-destruction literature in interdisciplinary fields. Building on our synthesis, we outline a conceptual framework for the value co-destruction process consisting of three interrelated categories of key concepts. Our framework helps in identifying, analyzing and rectifying unwanted outcomes of a service process and highlighting the dynamic nature of value co-destruction in service systems. peerReviewed
Value Co-Creation and Co-Destruction in Online Video Games : An Exploratory Study and Implications for Future Research

In this empirical study we studied how players of online video games co-create and co-destroy value. From players’ perceptions we identified that value co-creation and co-destruction occur amid themes of giving feedback and building relations. Feedback encourages players but it may also be harmful in the form of verbal abuse. Building relations relates to making friends in general but also on an international level. Comparing Conservation Value Maps and Mapping Methods in a Rural Landscape in Southern Finland

We tested to what extent conservation value maps are different if the valuation and mapping method is changed. We compared 66 different conservation value and 4 different ecosystem service maps. Using remote sensing and other georeferenced data, we produced 2 different habitat type maps, which were 50 % similar. We valued each mapped habitat type based on rarity corrected potential number of vascular plant species and naturalness using 6 different valuation alternatives.
