The proposed project shows the results obtained in the implementation and testing in lacustrine and marine environment of an innovative laterals hydro floating tilting systems control for USV or remote/autonomous surface nautical vehicles. This vehicle is based on a pending patent belonging to Palermo University (Patent Pending RM2012A000209 and RM2012A000209). The system allows, during operation as a vehicle USV, set changes sailing trim and make turns with very narrow angle with little shunting movements. La capacidad para innovar en un establecimiento escolar depende de los recursos disponibles y utilizados para contribuir a generar nuevas prácticas en su funcionamiento. En el presente trabajo se analizan dichos recursos en los centros de Bachillerato de la Comunidad Valenciana, así como la influencia que pueden ejercer su tamaño y su antigüedad sobre la innovación. Mössbauer spectroscopy on the reaction center of Rhodopseudomonas viridis

Proteins called “reaction centers” (RC) can be isolated from many photosynthetic bacteria. They have one non-heme iron in a quinone acceptor region. The RC of Rhodopseudomonas viridis contains an additional tightly bound tetra-heme cytochrome c subunit. The electronic configuration of both cytochrome and the non-heme iron has been studied in the crystallized protein by Mossbauer spectroscopy at different redox potentials, pH-values, and with an addition of o-phenanthroline. At high potentials (Eh=+500mV) all heme irons are in the low spin Fe3+-state, and at low potential (Eh=−150mV) they are low spin Fe2+ with the same Mossbauer parameters for all hemes independent of pH. The article discusses how a variety of qualitative methods could be used for investigating the engagement of the voices on the ground, where the change is expected to happen. It also reviews how qualitative research approaches involve students and teachers, the so-called “target groups” of educational development, as subjects, rather than objects.
