Since its creation in 1817, the Lons-le-Saunier museum has been intended to house all the archaeological objects unearthed in the Jura department. Even if some collections are not included, the reserves contain most of the finds from the Jura. Protohistory plays an important role, with emblematic sites such as the Planches cave or the Chavéria necropolis. However, these collections have different legal statuses: collections listed in the museum's inventory (old collections and recent acquisitions) and collections kept in the museum but whose entry has not been regularised. Synthesis and studies of new optimised chelating agents for targeting chemokine receptor CXCR4

The objective of this thesis work was to develop CXCR4-targeted tools to localize and treat cancer at an early stage. In this line, we investigated the synthesis of new target-specific radiopharmaceuticals. The work focused on two main axes, i.e. the chelating agent and the carrier, by using the know-how and the expertise of our group in polyazacycloalkanes synthesis and functionalization. In the first part, we were interested in developing new macrocyclic scaffolds of high potential for copper and gallium chelation. Faire une thèse pour devenir chercheur ou enseignant-chercheur est souvent considéré comme un parcours difficile dont le résultat est incertain. Plus que dans d’autres pays, les diplômés de doctorat en France connaissent de fortes difficultés de stabilisation sur le marché du travail. Notre recherche s’interroge sur les raisons qui conduisent les jeunes à obtenir un doctorat puis à choisir une carrière de chercheur ou d’enseignant-chercheur et enfin, à s’y stabiliser. Response and Recovery of Brain Acetylcholinesterase Activity in the European Eel,Anguilla anguilla,Exposed to Fenitrothion

European eel (Anguilla anguilla) were exposed to sublethal fenitrothion concentrations in a continuous flow-through system for 4 days. Brain acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity was evaluated after 2, 8, 12, 24, 32, 48, 56, 72, and 96 h pesticide exposure. Results indicated that AChE activity in eel brains decreased as the concentration of fenitrothion increased. The pesticide induced significant inhibitory effects on the AChE activity ofA. anguilla,ranging from >40% inhibition at a sublethal concentration of 0.02 ppm to >60% inhibition at a sublethal concentration of 0.04 ppm.
