The introduction of sexual pedagogy in kindergarten and in schools usually brings about tensions and conflicts which are often caused by the fact that parents are not involved. Important for reconciling the conflicting views is knowledge about the values that sexual pedagogy fosters and the aims it pursues. This contribution shows that aims and fundamental principles of sexual pedagogy are compatible with the major part of approaches to sexual pedagogy from a theological view. After that, the relationship between sexual pedagogy and sexual ethics is analyzed. The article consists of two parts. In the first one, the authors pointed out an argument in the social sciences concerning ability to reasonably use the „culture" concept in scientific discourse. In the second one, they analyzed opinions Benedict XVI ( Joseph Ratzinger) expressed about present condition of the Western culture. Views of this figure were selected to study due to recognizing significant influential role the Pope plays in the public sphere. We have narrowed this broader topic to study how facilitation of students’ spirituality in theology study programmes develops an environment for sustainability of interdenominational/interreligious dialogue. Ikona jest formą komunikowania chrześcijańskich dogmatów wiary. Ikona, jako fenomen, rozwinęła się głównie dzięki Bizancjum. Jednak Bizancjum nie było jedynym miejscem twórczości ikonograficznej. Fenomen Świętego Głupca jest jednym ze szczególnych przejawów duchowości, wspólnym dla religii abrahamowych. Dogłębna analiza korzeni i różnych egzemplifikacji tego zjawiska (prorok, jurodiwy i sufi), jakiej dokonano w artykule, pozwoli szerzej poznać opisywaną postać, a także, przynajmniej częściowo, zmienić negatywne skojarzenia, jakie przywodzi na myśl głupota sama w sobie. Wyjątkowość Świętego Głupca może być przyczynkiem do refleksji na temat miejsca człowieka wyobcowanego w społeczeństwie, oddziaływania i łamania tabu oraz uświadomienia sobie wspólnych źródeł wielkich religii, o których ich walczący wyznawcy zdają się zapominać.

Catholic social teaching, beginning in the 19th century, aimed at nurturing and improving Christian morality in the emerging industrialized societies. However, several significant studies demonstrate that changing social structures were also responsible for the ‘social question’ of the time. Jews in the discourse of the Catholic Church The article describes the most important changes which appeared after the Second Vatican Council in the discourse of the Catholic Church in reference to its attitude to confessors of Judaism. The change is the difference between the state of texts in two different moments, which is why the first part of the article is dedicated to the characteristics of pre-Council (and mostly pre-war) discourse about Jews, and the second part to main directions of the changes caused by the realization of the Council postulates.
