AbstractThis paper considers how creativity and creative activities can be encouraged in regular mathematical classes by combining different teaching approaches and academic disciplines. We combined origami and paper folding with fractals and their mathematical properties as well as with coding in Scratch in order to facilitate learning mathematics and computer science. La toxicidad en la piel es uno de los efectos perjudiciales más comunes de los taxanos. El objetivo fue evaluar el efecto del fármaco paclitaxel sobre la piel en un grupo de pacientes con cáncer ginecológico, y en un modelo 3D in vitro de piel, así como en melanocitos, queratinocitos, fibroblastos y en células microvasculares dérmicas humanas. Abstract We classify finite-dimensional real nilpotent Lie algebras with 2-dimensional central commutator ideals admitting a Lie group of automorphisms isomorphic to SO 2 ( ℝ ) ${{\mathrm{SO}}_{2}(\mathbb{R})}$ . This is the first step to extend the class of nilpotent Lie algebras 𝔥 ${{\mathfrak{h}}}$ of type { n , 2 } ${\{n,2\}}$ to solvable Lie algebras in which 𝔥 ${{\mathfrak{h}}}$ has codimension one.

Zgodnie z tezą, że kompetencje etyczne stanowią ważną cechę kompetencji merytorycznych badaczy terenowych, a doświadczane przez nich dylematy etyczne mają charakter dylematów metodologiczno-teoretycznych, autorzy artykułu naświetlają problem połączenia refleksji etycznej z paradygmatem socjologii jakościowej. We present sequence data from two genomic regions of foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) subjected to several experimental passage regimens. Maximum-likelihood estimates of the nonsynonymous-to-synonymous rate ratio parameter (dN/dS) suggested the action of positive selection on some antigenic sites of the FMDV capsid during some experimental passages. These antigenic sites showed an accumulation of convergent amino acid replacements during massive serial cytolytic passages and also in persistent infections of FMDV in cell culture. This accumulation was most significant at the antigenic site A (the G-H loop of capsid VP1), which includes an Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) cellular recognition motif. Our …

Commentators of the Book of Ezekiel achieved different results when it comes to the structures of the oracle. This was the context of the research undertaken. The aim was to develop the structures of the oracle according to the scientific method by Roland Meynet. The research was based on «analysis of the biblical text by the method of Hebrew rhetoric». As a result of the research, it was discovered that there are six (rather than seven) oracles. The first three oracles have parallel structures, the next three have parallel-concentric structures. Artykuł dotyczy umiejętności zarządzania głosem przez uczniów kończących szkołę średnią i składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej przedstawiam wyniki analiz wypowiedzi przeprowadzonych pod kątem wybranych elementów paralingwalnych mających wpływ na efektywność wypowiedzi (natężenie głosu, ton, tempo mówienia oraz pauzę i frazowanie). W drugiej części przyglądam się treściom kolejnych podstaw programowych (1999, 2002, 2009, 2017) poświęconym zagadnieniom związanych z kształceniem kodu parawerbalnego.
