The Physical Education curriculum design in Spain: A critical review from the LOGSE to the LOMCE

This paper analyses the curriculum framework of the different Education Acts through democracy in order to identify and compare their most distinctive features; their flexibility and the granted autonomy for schools and teachers, in order to materialise and develop the curriculum, is also dealt with in this contribution. The analysis concludes that the open and flexible curriculum of the first Education Acts in democracy has evolved towards a more closed and prescriptive curriculum, which indirectly leads into an objective-based pedagogy and places the teacher in a technical teaching role. The objective of this work is to present the process of design and validation of the Literary Competence Battery (BCL). The Battery consists of three scales: Literary Concepts Scale (ECL), Literary Procedures Scale (EPL) and Attitudes towards Literature Scale (EAL). The acquisition of Literary Competence (CL) is the main objective of the so-called Literary Education. El Cuestionario de Estados de Ánimo: adaptación y validación de la versión española. Antecedentes: en este estudio se analizan las propiedades psicométricas del Cuestionario de Estados de Ánimo (MOOD) en población infantil española. Este instrumento fue desarrollado para cubrir el vacío existente en la evaluación de los estados de ánimo en niños. Método: el MOOD fue administrado a una muestra de 1.489 niños (edad media= 9,11 años). Resultados: las propiedades psicométricas del cuestionario resultaron adecuadas, observándose la relación de los estados de ánimo con la competencia emocional y las quejas somáticas. Les followers ont-ils vraiment de l'importance dans le modèle de Stackelberg?

In this paper, we consider a T-stage linear model of Stackelberg oligopoly. First, we show geometrically and analytically that under the two conditions of linear market demand and identical constant marginal costs, the T-stage Stackelberg model reduces to a model where T oligopolies exploit residual demand sequentially. At any stage, leaders behave as if followers did not matter. Second, we study social welfare and convergence toward competitive equilibrium. Especially, we consider the velocity of convergence as the number of firms increases. The convergence is faster when reallocating firms from the most to the less populated cohort until equalizing the size of all cohorts.
