The article describes the way St. Anne’s Mountain has been presented over time by giving it different meanings and (re)interpretations on religious and historical-political levels. The religious description of this place is defined by a pompous narrative style and appealing to readers’ emotions. In the historical-political dimension, the mechanism of national mythologization and instrumentalization of St. Anne’s Mountain were shown. It was also pointed out that after 1989 another reinterpretation took place, taking the form of the reconciliation rhetoric. El objetivo principal de esta comunicación es dar a conocer las percepciones que tanto los trabajadores como las trabajadoras de la Universitat de València (UVEG) tienen sobre la conciliación vida laboral, personal y familiar. A través de un muestreo no probabilístico por accesibilidad, se recogen 487 encuestas de abril a junio de 2012, entre el Personal Docente e Investigador (PDI) y el Personal de Administración y Servicios (PAS) de dicha Universidad. This article focuses on the question of women’s suffrage in Britain by analyzing the interaction between the House of Commons and the Women’s Social and Political Union (WSPU) - the radical suffrage organization founded in 1903 and led by the famous Pankhursts. Central to this study are parliamentary debates relating to the Parliamentary Franchise (Women) Bill, better known as the first Conciliation Bill in 1910, as well as the writings published in 1910 in WSPU’s periodical, Votes for Women. With the support of the EC (DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion) a project was conducted to examine and promote third party intervention in collective labor conflicts in 12 European countries. Three studies were conducted. Study 1 was mainly a documental study offering a socio-political, institutional and legal analysis of each mediation system, including interviews with experts on the current status. Study 2 was a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of mediation systems from the users’ perspective. Na temat sakramentu pokuty i pojednania można prowadzić rozważania na różnych płaszczyznach (teologicznej, pedagogicznej, psychologicznej, społecznej). W obecnym artykule podjęto problem przygotowania do korzystania z sakramentu pokuty i pojednania, które dokonuje się w ramach „katechezy niemieckiej”. Termin ten jest szeroki i obejmuje przygotowanie do sakramentu pokuty w Niemczech, w Austrii, Szwajcarii czy Luksemburgu, czyli w krajach niemieckojęzycznych.
