Dans ce présent cahier de recherche, nous nous proposons d’étudier la stabilité des performances de certains fonds de retraite anglais à cotisations définies : les fonds de pension individuels (Personal Pension Scheme). Il s’agit de fonds – pratiquant une gestion active - investissant principalement dans les actions britanniques et de fonds détenant majoritairement des obligations anglaises durant la période novembre 1990 – novembre 2000. Les données sur les fonds de pension individuels proviennent de la base de données UK PENSION de Standard & Poor’s Fund Services et sont de fréquence mensuelle. Prowadzenie pozarolniczej działalności gospodarczej stanowi szczególny tytuł ubezpieczeń społecznych. Wynika to z faktu, że w zakresie podlegania ubezpieczeniom społecznym wyłącznie przedsiębiorcy (spośród wszystkich osób prowadzących pozarolniczą działalność) posiadają uprawnienia do okresowego wyłączenia obowiązku ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz zawieszenia wykonywania działalności gospodarczej, nie tylko z powodu sprawowania osobistej opieki nad dzieckiem. Achieving sound management of small-scale fisheries (SSFs) is globally recognized a key priority for sustaining livelihoods, local economies, social wealth and cultural heritage in coastal areas. Müller (1866) e Rossberg (1878 / 79 / 83), spesso sono abbastanza scontati, talora invece sono frutto di riflessione approfondita e lodevolmente attenta. In questo articolo rispondo alle critiche e ai commenti alla mia ricostruzione della concezione del potere di Michel Foucault proposti da Bruno Celano, José Juan Moreso, Marco Segatti, Alessandro Spena. Mi concentro in particolare sui seguenti aspetti: la connessione fra la nozione foucaultiana di potere e il conflitto; la distinzione fra potere disciplinare, potere governamentale, e potere normativo; la concezione foucaultiana della libertà come autorialità; ciò che Foucault può suggerire riguardo ad alcune “macchie cieche” della teoria del diritto contemporanea.

1. Breve descrizione dell’oggetto di studio Il concorso del Palazzo di Giustizia di Roma si svolge in quattro fasi svolte tra il 1884 e il 1887. Il progetto per il primo concorso, del 1884, redatto dall’allora giovanissimo Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932), rivela una grande perizia progettuale che trasforma il complesso programma funzionale in un austero edificio in stile neofiorentino. Równość i solidarność to wartości, które w powszechnym ubezpieczeniu zdrowotnym przybierają postać zasad prawnych mających umocowanie zarówno w konstytucyjnej dyrektywie równego, bez względu na sytuację materialną obywatela, dostępu do świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej finansowanych ze środków publicznych (art. 68 ust. 2 Konstytucji RP), jak i ustawowym postanowieniu, że ubezpieczenie zdrowotne opiera się na zasadzie równego traktowania i solidarności społecznej (art. 65 pkt 1 ustawy o świadczeniach opieki zdrowotnej finansowanych ze środków publicznych). OBJECTIVES: Non-celiac wheat sensitivity (NCWS) is defined as a reaction to ingested wheat after exclusion of celiac disease and wheat allergy. As its pathogenesis is incompletely understood, we evaluated the inflammatory response in the rectal mucosa of patients with well-defined NCWS. METHODS: The prospective study included 22 patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)-like clinical presentation, diagnosed with NCWS by double-blind placebo-controlled challenge. Eight IBS patients not improving on wheat-free diet were used as controls. Broniony jest w nim pogląd, że członek zarządu nie odpowiada za zobowiązania z tytułu składek na ubezpieczenie społeczne powstałe w czasie trwania postępowania z możliwością zawarcia układu, wszczętego w czasie właściwym, prowadzonego w oparciu o przepisy ustawy Prawo upadłościowe i naprawcze oraz ustawy Prawo restrukturyzacyjne.
