Jednym z obowiązków w prawie ubezpieczeń społecznych jest opłacanie składek na ubezpieczenia społeczne. Ustawodawca przewidział, że w praktyce może się zdarzyć, że płatnik z różnych powodów nie będzie mógł uiścić należności składkowych. Wobec tego wprowadził określone mechanizmy, które mają ułatwić realizację tego obowiązku. Najdalej idącym z nich jest umorzenie należności z tytułu składek, które ma szczególny charakter w sytuacji, gdy nie istnieje stan ich całkowitej nieściągalności. The Large Hadron-Electron Collider (LHeC) is designed to move the field of deep inelastic scattering (DIS) to the energy and intensity frontier of particle physics. Exploiting energy-recovery technology, it collides a novel, intense electron beam with a proton or ion beam from the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC). The accelerator and interaction region are designed for concurrent electron-proton and proton-proton operations. Forward light-by-light scattering and electromagnetic correction to hadronic vacuum polarization

Lattice QCD calculations of the hadronic vacuum polarization (HVP) have reached a precision where the electromagnetic (e.m.) correction can no longer be neglected. This correction is both computationally challenging and hard to validate, as it leads to ultraviolet (UV) divergences and to sizeable infrared (IR) effects associated with the massless photon. The voluntary supply of collective goods by nonprofit institutions has deserved little attention in the Public Choice literature, and the clasical nonprofits approach does not consider nonprofits supply as a collective decision, although individuals, either as consumers or as donors, are in the center of their theoretical constructs. In this paper we hypothesize that voluntary nonprofits' provision is a collective choice.
