Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot uz kurām personām un kādā apmērā pierādīšanas pienākums uz tām gulstas, šī institūta problemātiku, kā arī apskatīt jaunākās tendences un grozījumus Kriminālprocesa likumā. Bakalaura darbā izvirzītie uzdevumi ir izpētīt pierādīšanas pienākuma vēsturisko attīstību, jēdzienu mūsdienās, uz ko gulstas pierādīšanas pienākums, aprakstīt kad pierādīšanas nasta pāriet aizstāvības, ar to saistītās novitātes, analizēt tiesu praksi, salīdzināt viedokļus un ārvalstu regulējumu dažādību. Kā būtiskāko atzinumu var minēt, ka aizstāvības pusei rodas pienākums norādīt uz faktiem, nevis pienākums pierādīt vainu.

Abstract Objective: Pulmonary artery sarcomas are rare and usually fatal tumors. The diagnosis is difficult and delayed in most cases. Newer imaging techniques could allow early diagnosis in patients with symptoms of pulmonary vascular obstruction. Surgical resection improves clinical symptoms and offers the only chance of cure. We report the case histories of 7 patients with primary pulmonary artery sarcomas treated by surgical resection with or without adjuvant therapy. Objective The aim of the study was to analyze long-term results of carotid endarterectomy (CEA) using bovine pericardium patch. Patients and Methods This study is a retrospective analysis of 274 consecutive cases (173 in CEA group and 101 patients in an internal control group of eversion endarterectomy [EEA]) operated between January 2005 and May 2007. Operations were performed according to standard surgical technique.
