Kolmevuotiaiden päiväkotilasten mitattu fyysinen aktiivisuus

Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää kolmevuotiaiden lasten fyysisen aktiivisuuden määrä ja intensiteetti sekä selvittää täyttyvätkö alle kouluikäisten Varhaiskasvatuksen liikunnan suositukset (2005) kahden tunnin reippaasta päivittäisestä liikunnasta tutkimukseen osallistuvilla lapsilla. Tutkimuksessa vertailtiin myös poikien ja tyttöjen sekä arki- ja viikonlopun päivien välisiä eroja. Aineisto kerättiin 14 vapaaehtoisesta päiväkodista elokuusta lokakuuhun 2010. Lasten fyysinen aktiivisuus mitattiin ActiGraph GT3Xkiihtyvyysmittareilla viiden peräkkäisen päivän ajan. Social television has transformed the traditional role of the television viewers by providing ‘ordinary people’ access to the public stage. This article describes how public access to television affected the dialogues of Finnish tweeters on Twitter during the massive media event of the FIFA World Cup. Through the lens of digital conversation analysis, the study shows how the media publicity of tweets changed the direction of the interaction between tweeters and transformed their roles vis-à-vis the television show, making one of them into a ‘media flasher’ and the others viewers of his or her performance. Tämän tutkimuksen aiheena on tutkia johtajaidentiteetin rakentumista diskursiivisesta näkökulmasta. Sosiolingvistisen tutkimussuuntauksen piirissä identiteetin rakentuminen nähdään kielellisenä prosessina: identiteetti rakentuu vuorovaikutuksessa diskursiivisten prosessien kautta. IS10 ir viens no aktīvākajiem transpozoniem, kas nodrošina adapatīvo mutaģenēzi baktērijām, aktivizējot neekspresējošus gēnus. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot hloramfenikola selektīvā spiediena ietekmi uz IS10 elementa spēju efektīvāk aktivizēt bezpromotera acetiltransferāzes (cat) gēnu pAdCat plazmīdā Escherichia coli kultūras stacionārā augšanas fāzē. Baktēriju celmi tika transformēti ar pAdCat plazmīdu, kas kalpo par vektoru-lamatu IS10 elementu izolēšanai pēc pozitīvās selekcijas principa. Šūnām, atrodoties trīs dienas stacionārajā fāzē, novēroja IS10 transpozīciju un bezpromotera hloramfenikola acetiltransferāzes (cat) gēna aktivizēšanu. Dlatego w trakcie edukacji uczeń może skorzystać z pomocy specjalistów z zakresu orientacji i poradnictwa zawodowego. W artykule omówione zostały podstawy prawne funkcjonowania doradztwa zawodowego w polskich placówkach oświatowych. Ponadto przedstawione zostały wymagania formalne, zakres obowiązków i cechy charakteru, jakimi musi legitymować się szkolny doradca zawodowy.

Obydwa zagadnieniami zbudowane są przez zupełnie inne systemy wartości. Nordic welfare policies mitigate work–childcare reconciliation; however, they are not enough for mothers working in intensive work cultures. In addition, there are differences among the three Nordic states in both work–family policies and cultural norms as to how they should be used. In this article, we study the resources mothers who work in research, development and innovation (R&D&I) in Finland, Norway and Sweden rely on in their work–childcare reconciliation.
