Maģistra darbā "Hibrīddraudu novēršana Latvijā, Zviedrijā un Spānijā" tiek pētīti un salīdzināti hibrīddraudu novēršanas pasākumi Latvijā, Zviedrijā un Spānijā kopš 2014. gada (Krievijas hibrīdkara pret Ukrainu) līdz 2022. gadam (Krievijas pilna mēroga karadarbībai pret Ukrainu). Pētījumā tiek aplūkota dažādu faktoru ietekme uz starpvalstu sadarbības veidošanos hibrīddraudu novēršanas jomā, īpašu uzsvaru liekot uz atšķirīgiem plānošanas cikliem. Machine Learning Methods for One-Session Ahead Prediction of Accesses to Page Categories

This paper presents a comparison among several well-known machine learning techniques when they are used to carry out a one-session ahead prediction of page categories. We use records belonging to 18 different categories accessed by users on the citizen web portal Infoville XXI. Our first approach is focused on predicting the frequency of accesses (normalized to the unity) corresponding to the user’s next session. We have utilized Associative Memories (AMs), Classification and Regression Trees (CARTs), Multilayer Perceptrons (MLPs), and Support Vector Machines (SVMs). The projects prepared for "Palermo South-East" are the result of a Graduate Laboratory structured through meetings seminars specialist communications critical exhibitions which - in a shared strategy - saw each student elaborate their work in comparison with others actors of the same Laboratory. The research on "urban projects" was set so that each graduating student was made aware of the projects carried out in the same geographical area by the colleagues who had preceded it so as to be able to operate in continuity and contribute to formulating a unitary reasoning in which each project constituted continuation verification or even variant of the previous ones. These coordinated works have pursued two fundamental objectives: the strengthening of infrastructures and the establishment of specialized public buildings with superior functions aimed at requalifying and regenerating various critical situations with particular attention to the relationship between context and life scenarios. Thus each designer while dealing with a main functional program simultaneously deals with various issues such as the rationalization of the road system the redevelopment of existing buildings the design and refunctionalization of urban services (for example the transformed Central Station in the hotel or the project of a great Mosque)several degree theses have addressed as the main theme or as a question in the background the design of a new bed for the Oreto river and the relative establishment of a park facing it. In this desire to "patch up the wounds" in the different areas of "Palermo South-East" in close relationship with the vicissitudes of the place there is a continuous reference to architectures of all time and some questions involving the functional program are suggested - that identifies the character (or perhaps "type") of what is to be inserted in a given context - and the qualities of living reality as a pivotal material in the design process.Settore ICAR/14 - Composizione Architettonica E Urbana

l contributo ripropone la discussione sull’esegesi della fattispecie disciplinata dall’art. 1 comma 2 del d. lgs. n. 81 del 2015 (nel testo anteriore alla riforma del 2019) trattata dall’autore nei Colloqui Giuridici sul Lavoro del 2015 (a cura) di Antonio Vallebona per il Massimario di Giurisprudenza del Lavoro. Lo studio rigettava la tesi che il lavoro organizzato dal committente fosse la terza fattispecie e anzi con riferimento delle condizioni di applicazio­ne dimostrava la necessità di una lettura includente. This article republishes (after the Italian Supreme Court judgement n.166/2020 on the Foodora Italia case) the contribution to the exegesis of the case brought by art. 1 para­graph 2 of the d. lgs. n. 81 of 2015 (in the text before the 2019 reform) delivered by the author in the 2015's "Colloqui Giuridici sul Lavoro" (edited) by Antonio Vallebona for the "Massimario di Giurisprudenza del Lavoro". The study rejected the thesis that the job organ­ised by the client was an intermediate regulation between the employee and the self-employed ones. Indeed regarding the conditions for its application it showed the need for extensive reading. The conclusion was that the new discipline was (and is) an anti-fraudulent one. It led to a (relative) expansion of the area ofsubordination as a consequence of a reduction in the scope of coordinated self-employed work. A little more than four years after that article the Italian Supreme Court (with the judgement n.166/2020) on the Foodora Italia case addresses for the first time the issue of the hetero-organised work (by art. 1 paragraph 2 of the d. lgs. n. 81 of 2015). The Supreme Court fully adheres to the paper's thesis. So in terms of the "re­medial" function of the standardthe nature of the organisation's specific conditionand eventually reducing the legal frame for coordinated work. The fact that the procedural matter dealt with the riders was (then and now is) utterly irrelevant for the correct interpretation of such a new provision. Giving to riders of the employee status is not an effect of the peculiarit­ies of the work through digital platforms. It is a consequence of the remedial nature of such a case-law.

This paper aims to investigate the descriptions of traumatic life experiences of refugees from the DDR in literature and film. This essay examines the novel Lagerfeuer (2003) of Julia Franck and the film version Westen (2013) directed by Christian Schwochow. The two East Germans artists show the existential traumas of those people who had to leave their homes from different perspectives and in different artistic genres.

Eclecticism is a complex creative trend born as a consequence of both postmodernism and the heterodox treatment of cultural identity borders. This aesthetic path emerges as a compositional model of great communicative power in contemporary creation in the last two decades. Our essay addresses the Symphony V "American" (2003) by Leonardo Balada (1933) as a compositional paradigm. Through this article we demonstrate the importance of including popular sounds and re-signifying materials in the creative conception. A valid model of communication ahead of the challenges of globalization and mass media processes is therefore established hereby.

In the medieval cemetery of the Historic Site of San Juan del Hospital of Valencia is housed a small funeral chapel founded in the late thirteenth century by the knight Arnau de Romaní. Along its cornice there are a series of heads of animals and humans that are one of the few sculptural vestiges inserted into the Romanesque iconographic tradition that are preserved in the city. So far they have not aroused the interest of specialists and no one has dedicated a detailed study to these curious and interesting images located in the marginal spaces of such a beautiful building.
