A wideband car-to-car channel model based on a geometrical semicircular tunnel scattering model

In this paper, we present a wideband single-input single-output (SISO) car-to-car (C2C) channel model based on a geometrical semicircular tunnel (SCT) scattering model. Starting from the geometrical scattering model, a reference channel model is derived under the assumption of single-bounce scattering in line-of-sight (LOS) and non-LOS (NLOS) propagation environments. In the proposed channel model, it is assumed that an infinite number of scatterers are uniformly distributed on the tunnel wall. L’introduzione dell’art. 319-quater mira a risolvere i problemi storicamente po-sti dalla distinzione tra corruzione e concussione. Pur sorretta da uno spunto condivisibile, quella disposizione, per il modo in cui è concretamente concepita, finisce tuttavia per solle-vare un novero di questioni fors’anche superiore rispetto a quelle che contribuisce a risolve-re. Gli stessi problemi si sarebbero potuti assai più agevolmente risolvere, già in vigenza del precedente sistema, sol che si fosse accettato di superare il dogma della mutua esclusività di quelle due fattispecie.
Pricing sovereign contingent convertible debt

We develop a pricing model for Sovereign Contingent Convertible bonds (S-CoCo) with payment standstills triggered by a sovereign's Credit Default Swap (CDS) spread. We model CDS spread regime switching, which is prevalent during crises, as a hidden Markov process, coupled with a mean-reverting stochastic process of spread levels under fixed regimes, in order to obtain S-CoCo prices through simulation. The paper uses the pricing model in a Longstaff-Schwartz American option pricing framework to compute future state contingent S-CoCo prices for risk management. Dual trigger pricing is also discussed using the idiosyncratic CDS spread for the sovereign debt together with a broad market index. …
