Contractual Solutions for Digitalized Cross-Company Value Networks in Industry 4.0 - Part 1: Introduction
2021
This series of papers deals with issues of contract law in Industrie 4.0. It is based on the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Part 1 introduces the topic and explains the legal problems that arise in Industrie 4.0. Part 2 deals with issues of contract law: How are contracts concluded among autonomous software agents, what types of contracts come into question, and how must general terms and conditions be structured. Part 3 looks at issues of licensing law and intellectual property in data. Part 4 looks at the liability of autonomous systems in Industry and provides an outlook on possible future solutions. Industrial production is increasingly taking place in digitized value chains in…
MALTE INNOVATIVE IN AMBITO ARCHEOLOGICO
2015
The aim of this study is the formulation of a special mortar with improved adhesion, elasticity, workability, water resistance compared to traditional mortars. This has been achieved thanks to the addition of nanostructured products able to influence the reaction of water with the hydraulic binder, in order to reduce the drying shrinkage and the subsequent micro-cracks, increasing the elasticity of the material and favoring the anchoring to the surface application. The study focused on laboratory testing of innovative mortars, based on a mixture of hydraulic lime, pozzolana and a nanostructured additive based on silica nanoparticles in aqueous solution. The physical and mechanical character…
Synthesis and Characterization of Yttrium Complexes Containing a Tridentate Linked Amido−Cyclopentadienyl Ligand
1998
The reaction of dilithium salts of the tridentate linked amido−cyclopentadienyl ligands Li2(C5Me4SiMe2NCH2CH2X) (X = OMe, NMe2, CH2OMe) with [Y(o-C6H4CH2NMe2)Cl2(LiCl)(THF)4] and Y(η5-C5H5)Cl2(THF)3 give chloro-bridged ate complexes of the type [Li(THF)][Y(η5:η1-C5Me4SiMe2NCH2CH2X)(R)Cl], where R = o-C6H4CH2NMe2, η5-C5H5.
Use of drones as complement to safety tests on the structures. Study on the chimney stacks of the brownfields
2017
Our cities are rich in historical testimonies of a productive past, many industrial areas that years ago have been a source of income and work are now totally abandoned. Chimneys stacks are an interesting constructive historical episode, because of their representativeness and their materic characteristics. Their size and location, often inside the city centers, sometimes makes them potentially dangerous to safety, so it is necessary to study their conservation status and their resistance to time and stress. The difficulty of finding designs and reliefs and their height and position often make the approach to knowledge difficult, so putting together traditional methods of study with tools u…
Linked amido-indenyl complexes of titanium
1996
Abstract Titanium complexes Ti( η 5 : η 1 -C 9 H 6 SiMe 2 NCMe 3 )X 2 (X = Cl, Me, CH 2 SiMe 3 , CH 2 Ph) containing the tert -amino-functionalized indenyl ligand C 9 H 6 SiMe 3 NCMe 3 have been synthesized by the reaction of the dilithium derivative Li 2 [C 9 H 6 SiMe 2 NCMe 3 ] with TiCl 3 (THF) 3 followed by oxidation or by the alkylation of the dichloro derivative. Unexpectedly, the reaction of C 9 H 6 (SiMe 3 )(SiMe 2 Cl) with TiCl 4 does not give Ti( η 5 -C 9 H 6 SiMe 2 Cl)Cl 3 .
The traditional sacral wooden construction in Lithuania. An illustrated catalogue of building techniques for the safeguard and recovery of cultural h…
2015
SISTEMI VERDI COME CULTURA RIGENERATIVA: STRUMENTI E TECNOLOGIE
2021
The study analyzes and proposes in the historical and in the area immediately to it adjacent, the "values-nature" of the buildings through the creation of gardens wall and vertical gardens in the elevatiloy of non-monumental buildings. The study deepens in particular the specificity of the garden roof and the garden vertical, recognizing benefits and critical issues that distinguish these green systems for construction. It also deepens the concept of resilience in close relationship sustainability and regenerative design applied to the built environment. The theme of regenerative design is studied and promoted as an adaptive strategy at the design stage; it requires you to leave nature stre…
Recent advances in 2D and 3D in vitro systems using primary hepatocytes, alternative hepatocyte sources and non-parenchymal liver cells and their use…
2013
This review encompasses the most important advances in liver functions and hepatotoxicity and analyzes which mechanisms can be studied in vitro. In a complex architecture of nested, zonated lobules, the liver consists of approximately 80 % hepatocytes and 20 % non-parenchymal cells, the latter being involved in a secondary phase that may dramatically aggravate the initial damage. Hepatotoxicity, as well as hepatic metabolism, is controlled by a set of nuclear receptors (including PXR, CAR, HNF-4α, FXR, LXR, SHP, VDR and PPAR) and signaling pathways. When isolating liver cells, some pathways are activated, e.g., the RAS/MEK/ERK pathway, whereas others are silenced (e.g. HNF-4α), resulting in…
