Con la sentenza 141/2019 la Corte costituzionale ha dichiarato non fondata la questione di legittimità costituzionale dei reati di “reclutamento” e di “favoreggiamento” della prostituzione, proposta dalla Corte d’Appello di Bari. A partire dalla vicenda oggetto di giudizio, e dopo una preliminare indagine sui modelli di regolamentazione normativa della prostituzione volontaria e sui dubbi di legittimità costituzionale espressi dalla ordinanza di remissione, ci si sofferma su taluni aspetti critici della decisione. La voce affronta l’evoluzione del criterio della meritevolezza degli interessi, indagandone la genesi e poi analizzandone le principali concezioni. Da questo esame emerge che la meritevolezza fonda un giudizio di impronta causale sul contratto, principalmente atipico ma anche, sotto certi aspetti, su quello tipico, che va distinto da quello di liceità. La meritevolezza dà infatti forma a una delle due anime del sindacato sulla causa del contratto: quello teso a riscontrare il fondamento del contratto sul terreno economico e sociale tramite una valutazione di natura tipologica sulla razionalità dello schema di composizione degli interessi e sulla consistenza e diffusione di questi ultimi; e …

Šī kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izstrādāt programmu “Aktīvā kataloga migrēšanas rīks”. Programmas uzdevums būs veikt uz Windows Server operētājsistēmas bāzēta servera Aktīvā kataloga lietotāju un lietotāju grupu informācijas eksportēšanu jeb dublēšanu, kā arī šīs informācijas importēšanu uz jaunizveidota servera. Programma izstrādāta programmēšanas valodā C#, balstoties uz .Net ietvaru.
JIRA platformas pieteikumu vizualizācijas sistēma

Kvalifikācija darba ietvaros tika izveidota sistēma, kas spēj attēlot JIRA platformas kanban paneļus daudz uzskatāmākā veidā. Sistēmas administratoriem ir iespēja izveidot prezentācijas no sev interesējošiem paneļiem, lai varētu vieglāk sekot līdzi projektu norisei. Sistēma sastāv no divām daļām – servera puses, kurā tiek veikti pieprasījumi no JIRA platformas un apstrādāti saņemtie dati, kā arī lietotāja puses, kurā tiek attēlotas paneļu prezentācijas, kā arī administratoriem pieejamā prezentāciju rediģēšana un statistika. Projektu veidoja divi LU studenti, katram atbildot par vienu no divām daļām.

En este trabajo me ocupo de la semántica de los términos de ficción, en el marco de una posición de tipo abstractista (KRIPKE 2011 y 2013, VAN INWAGEN 1977, SALMON 1998 y 2002, THOMASSON 1999, PREDELLI 1997, 2002 y 2005 y VOLTOLINI 2011). En particular, me concentro en dos problemas que afectan a este tipo de posiciones: el primero de ellos es dar cuenta de la verdad intuitiva de enunciados como "Ulises duerme en la playa de Ithaca"; el segundo es explicar la aceptación, también intuitiva, de que "Ulises no existe" es un enunciado verdadero. A singular (p,q)-equation with convection and a locally defined perturbation

Abstract We consider a parametric Dirichlet problem driven by the ( p , q ) -Laplacian and a reaction which is gradient dependent (convection) and the competing effects of two more terms, one a parametric singular term and a locally defined perturbation. We show that for all small values of the parameter the problem has a positive smooth solution.
Inverse problems for $p$-Laplace type equations under monotonicity assumptions

We consider inverse problems for $p$-Laplace type equations under monotonicity assumptions. In two dimensions, we show that any two conductivities satisfying $\sigma_1 \geq \sigma_2$ and having the same nonlinear Dirichlet-to-Neumann map must be identical. The proof is based on a monotonicity inequality and the unique continuation principle for $p$-Laplace type equations. In higher dimensions, where unique continuation is not known, we obtain a similar result for conductivities close to constant.
Vertical versus horizontal Sobolev spaces

Let $\alpha \geq 0$, $1 < p < \infty$, and let $\mathbb{H}^{n}$ be the Heisenberg group. Folland in 1975 showed that if $f \colon \mathbb{H}^{n} \to \mathbb{R}$ is a function in the horizontal Sobolev space $S^{p}_{2\alpha}(\mathbb{H}^{n})$, then $\varphi f$ belongs to the Euclidean Sobolev space $S^{p}_{\alpha}(\mathbb{R}^{2n + 1})$ for any test function $\varphi$. In short, $S^{p}_{2\alpha}(\mathbb{H}^{n}) \subset S^{p}_{\alpha,\mathrm{loc}}(\mathbb{R}^{2n + 1})$. Adjacency matrices of random digraphs: singularity and anti-concentration

Let ${\mathcal D}_{n,d}$ be the set of all $d$-regular directed graphs on $n$ vertices. Let $G$ be a graph chosen uniformly at random from ${\mathcal D}_{n,d}$ and $M$ be its adjacency matrix. We show that $M$ is invertible with probability at least $1-C\ln^{3} d/\sqrt{d}$ for $C\leq d\leq cn/\ln^2 n$, where $c, C$ are positive absolute constants. To this end, we establish a few properties of $d$-regular directed graphs. One of them, a Littlewood-Offord type anti-concentration property, is of independent interest.
