"Jaunā Sieviete" literatūrā Veimāras Republikas laikā

Šajā darbā es plaši strādāju ar terminiem „Sieviete“ un „Jaunā Sieviete“ . Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt periodu starp "Zelta divdesmitajiem", un no tā izrietošo ekonomisko krīzi un līdz 20. gds trīsdesmitajiem gadiem. Šajā darbā tiek stāstīts par Veimāras Republiku laika posmā no 1918. līdz 1933. gadam (tas ir, starp novembrī revolūcijas Vācijā un nacistu varas sagrābšanu). Kā arī daudz laika būs veltīts „Jaunam Sievietes“ tēlam , "jaunu sieviešu" uzvedību Veimāras Republikā un sieviešu lineāru attīstību dažiem gadsimtiem. Apkopojot tā laika notikumus (pirmā Parlamenta proklamēšana, ārpolitikas satraukumi, pirmā demokrātiskā konstitūcija), būs vieglāk saprast „Jauno sieviešu“ domāša…

AbstractThe origin of viruses remains an open question. While lack of detectable sequence similarity hampers the analysis of distantly related viruses, structural biology investigations of conserved capsid protein structures facilitate the study of distant evolutionary relationships. Here we characterize the lipid-containing ssDNA temperate bacteriophage ΦCjT23, which infects Flavobacterium sp. (Bacteroidetes). We report ΦCjT23-like sequences in the genome of strains belonging to several Flavobacterium species. Abstract Dense molybdenum disilicide with a nano-organized microstructure was synthesized by mechanical activation, by producing nanostructured agglomerates of a 1:2 mixture of Mo and Si, followed by the synthesis/consolidation in one step using SPS technology. Aqueous Corrosion of the GeSe4 Chalcogenide Glass: Surface Properties and Corrosion Mechanism

International audience; The aqueous corrosion behavior of the GeSe4 glass composition has been studied over time under various conditions (temperature and pH). The evolution of the surface topography by atomic force microscopy and properties such as surface hardness and reduced modulus, as well as the optical transmission in the 1-16 μm window, have been measured as a function of time spent in the corrosive solution. It was found that even if the glass reacts at room temperature, its optical transparency was barely affected. Sensitive Assays by Nucleophile-Induced Rearrangement of Photoactivated Diarylethenes.

Upon light-induced isomerization, diarylethenes (DAEs) equipped with reactive aldehyde moieties rearrange selectively in the presence of amines, accompanied by decoloration. In a comprehensive study, the probe structure was optimized with regard to its inherent reactivity in the nucleophile-triggered rearrangement reaction. Self-assembled Pt2L2 boxes strongly bind G-quadruplex DNA and influence gene expression in cancer cells

Supramolecular Pt(ii) quadrangular boxes bind native and G-quadruplex DNA motifs in a size-dependent fashion. Three Pt molecular squares of distinct size show biological activity against cancer cells and heavily influence the expression of genes known to form G-quadruplexes in their promoter regions. The smallest Pt-box displays less activity but more selectivity for a quadruplex formed in the c-Kit gene.

A mononuclear cobalt(III) complex [Co(bpy)2Cl2]NO3⋅2H2O (1) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) has been synthesized and crystallographically characterized. Self-assembly of the lattice water molecules from rectangular tetrameric water cluster interacts with nitrate anion along the c-axis forming a six membered hexagonal water-nitrate cluster. It presents a new mode of association of water molecules with nitrate molecules which is not predicted theoretically or found experimentally. The molecule effectively cleaves bacterial genomic DNA and shows important cytotoxicity against human hepatocarcinoma cell (HepG2).
