Many features of aging result from the incapacity of cells to adapt to stress conditions. When cells are overwhelmed by stress, they can undergo senescence to avoid unrestricted growth of damaged cells. Recent findings have proven that cellular senescence is more than that. The study points to the urgent need to introduce legislative changes in the bankruptcy law, making it easier for aggrieved creditors to pursue ex delicto compensation claims against a person who has committed a tort while acting as a trustee in bankruptcy during the bankruptcy proceedings. The possibility for an individual creditor to pursue all claims against the trustee in bankruptcy for the benefit of the entire community of creditors would improve the compensation function of Article 415 of the Civil Code and Article 160(3) of the Insolvency Law, the preventive function, and the repressive function.
