In questo studio si prospetta una ricostruzione della distinzione fra fra diritti e principi definita nella Carta dei diritti fondamentali dell'Unione europea e si riflette sull'interpretazione che ne è stata data alla luce delle tradizioni costituzionali italiana e spagnola. This essay aims at giving some insights on the dinstinction between "rights" and "principles" within the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. The Author analyzes also the judicial interpretation of this distinction contextualizing it within the Italian and Spanish Constitutional Tradition.

Indications for linezolid use are nosocomial or community-acquired pneumonia and skin infections or soft tissue infection caused by gram-positive microorganisms, but new recommendations may emerge. It is important to balance benefits with risks because severe adverse events have been described in patients taking linezolid treatment. Accordingly, we evaluated the suitability of linezolid prescription according to approval of indication by evaluating the presence of drug-related problems (DRP) in a University hospital. Aims: To develop a consistent ecological indicator value system for Europe for five of the main plant niche dimensions: soil moisture (M), soil nitrogen (N), soil reaction (R), light (L) and temperature (T). Study area: Europe (and closely adjacent regions). Methods: We identified 31 indicator value systems for vascular plants in Europe that contained assessments on at least one of the five aforementioned niche dimensions. Despite the abundant literature on vasopressor therapy, few studies have focused on vasopressor-sparing strategies in patients with shock. We performed a scoping-review of the published studies evaluating vasopressor-sparing strategies by analyzing the results from randomized controlled trials conducted in patients with shock, with a focus on vasopressor doses and/or duration reduction. We analyzed 143 studies, mainly performed in septic shock. Our analysis demonstrated that several pharmacological and non-pharmacological strategies are associated with a decrease in the duration of vasopressor therapy. This work presents an analy- sis of the structural, electrochemical, and optical properties of a family of triisopropylsilyl end-capped oligothie- noacenes (TIPS-Tn-TIPS, n = 4-8) by combining cyclic voltammetry, spectro- scopic techniques, and quantum-chemi- cal calculations. TIPS-Tn-TIPS com- pounds form stable radical cations, and dications are only obtained for the lon- gest oligomers (n = 7 and 8).
