Digitalization and emerging technologies have given rise to cybernized services and a debate questioning the traditional Service-dominant logic (SDL) view of technology as a resource in service exchange. To date, little is known about the role of technology as a value co-creating (or co-destroying) actor in the context of services empowered by emerging technologies. Attaining an in-depth understanding of technology as an actor in cybernized service ecosystems is integral for practitioners and researchers alike to foster and investigate value co-creation in the sociotechnical interactions from the perspective of the involved human actors. ”Onko kirjaston muutos palveluiden saneeraamista vai kehittämistä? Vastaan savolaisittain kyllä”, aloitti kirjastonjohtaja Jarmo Saarti (UEF) esityksensä STKS:n asiakaspalvelutyöryhmän seminaarissa. Näiden viime lokakuun lopulla lausuttujen sanojen lisäksi mieleen jääviä toteamuksia olivat myös: ”Älkää tätä kirjoittako ylös.” ”Pahvilaatikoiden leikkaaminen voi olla osa yliopisto-opiskelua”. ”Mitä tummempi väri, sen sosiaalisempi tila” ja ”Onhan siellä kirjoja ja rauhaa?”. Asiakas on-line -hanke toteutettiin Jyväskylän yliopistossa 1.1.2016-31.12.2017. Keskeisenä tavoitteena oli muodostaa kokonaiskuva tarkasteluun valittujen asiakasryhmien kotoa-kotiin -palveluketjujen nykytilasta sekä digitaalisten ratkaisuiden hyödyntämisestä osana nykyistä tai tulevaisuuden palveluketjua. Hankkeessa hyödynnettiin dosentti, FT Toni Ruohosen tutkimusryhmän kokoamaa sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluiden sekä Kelan rekisteriaineistoa vuosilta 2012-2014. Analyyseissa keskityttiin Keski-Suomen Jyväskylän yhteistoiminta-alueen terveyskeskus (JYTE) –kuntiin. Somatic Embryogenesis and Plant Regeneration from Hypocotyl Cultures of Digitalis obscura L.

Summary Hypocotyl sections from 20-day-old seedlings of Digitalis obscura L. were used to examine the effect of IAA on somatic embryogenesis. Although embryogenesis was obtained with all IAA concentrations (0.1, 0.5 and 1 ppm) and under both illumination conditions tested (16 h photoperiod and darkness), incubation in photoperiod increased yield of embryos and shortened the embryo induction time. Optimum results were obtained with 1 ppm IAA. About 30 % of the embryos obtained developed into complete plantlets when transferred to basal medium without growth regulators.

Digitalisaatio on ajankohtainen puheenaihe kouluissa ja se nousee esille myös uusissa opetussuunnitelmissa. Tämän tutkielman tarkoituksena oli selvittää lukioikäisten opiskelijoiden kokemuksia digitalisaatiosta ruotsinkielen oppitunneilla. Tavoitteena oli selvittää mitä mieltä oppilaat ovat älylaitteiden käytöstä ruotsinkielen tunneilla ja miten niitä voitaisiin hyödyntää suullisen kielitaidon harjoittelussa. Tutkimukseen osallistui yhteensä 33 lukiolaista ja se toteutettiin syksyn 2017 aikana kyselylomakkeen avulla. Lomake koostui sekä avoimista kysymyksistä että monivalintaväittämistä.
