Bakalaura darba tēma ir uzņēmuma SIA „Gelvora” stratēģiskās attīstības virzieni. Darba izvirzītā problēma ir stratēģiskās attīstības plānošanas trūkums uzņēmumā SIA “Gelvora”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, veicot uzņēmuma stratēģiskās attīstības analīzi, noteikt attīstības virzienu ārpustiesas parādu piedziņas uzņēmumam SIA „Gelvora” un uz tā pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus tālākai uzņēmuma attīstībai. Bakalaura darbā tika veikta SIA „Gelvora” darbības analīze piecu gadu griezumā, sākot ar 2011. gadu. Search for signatures of magnetically-induced alignment in the arrival directions measured by the Pierre Auger Observatory

We present the results of an analysis of data recorded at the Pierre Auger Observatory in which we search for groups of directionally-aligned events (or ‘multiplets’) which exhibit a correlation between arrival direc- tion and the inverse of the energy. These signatures are expected from sets of events coming from the same source after having been deflected by intervening coherent magnetic fields. The observation of several events from the same source would open the possibility to accurately reconstruct the position of the source and also measure the integral of the component of the magnetic field orthogonal to the trajectory of the cos- mic rays. Orientation Adaptive Minimal Learning Machine for Directions of Atomic Forces

Machine learning (ML) force fields are one of the most common applications of ML in nanoscience. However, commonly these methods are trained on potential energies of atomic systems and force vectors are omitted. Here we present a ML framework, which tackles the greatest difficulty on using forces in ML: accurate prediction of force direction. We use the idea of Minimal Learning Machine to device a method which can adapt to the orientation of an atomic environment to estimate the directions of force vectors. AbstractWe review the psychophysics of the spatio-temporal contrast sensitivity in the cardinal directions of the colour space and their correlation with those neural characteristics of the visual system that limit the ability to perform contrast detection or pattern-resolution tasks. We focus our attention particularly on the influence of luminance level, spatial extent and spatial location of the stimuli - factors that determine the characteristics of the physiological mechanisms underlying detection.
