As the airline industry reaches its maturity, so do the passengers who are looking for more sophistication in terms of the products and services they buy or expect. Offering a large array of services to customers with different expectations who await customization along their journey has become more challenging for airlines all over the world. Coping with changes in a volatile environment means that airlines need to redefine their customer segmentation, evolving from a social-demographic to a more complicated behavioral approach which encompasses the whole traveling experience and the way airlines deliver at every touching point.

Drāmas paņēmieni angļu valodas runāšanas trauksmes mazināšanai 6. klasē

Lielākā daļa cilvēku, kuri mācās angļu valodu kā svešvalodu, saskaras ar angļu valodas runāšanas trauksmi. Tā negatīvi ietekmē gan skolēnu sniegumu, gan attieksmi. Pētījums tika izstrādāts ar mērķi pārbaudīt, kā drāmas paņēmieni samazināja skolēnu angļu valodas runāšanas trauksmi 6.klasē. Angļu valodas stundās 6.klasē tika izmantotas dažādas drāmas aktivitātes. Darbā tika lietotas tādas datu vākšanas metodes kā diagnosticējošs tests (pirms un pēc drāmas paņēmienu ieviešanas), intervija, novērošana un atgriezeniskā saite. Recent studies on gaze behaviours in individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) have utilised “live eye tracking.” Such research has focused on generating quantitative eye tracking measurements, which provide limited (if any) qualitative contextual details of the actual interactions in which gaze occurs. This article presents a novel methodological approach that combines live eye tracking with qualitative interaction analysis, multimodally informed conversation analysis.
