Šis Bakalaura darbsizmeklē radošuma pielietošanas nozīmi angļu valodas pasniegšanā. Šī darba mērķis ir izzināt radošos valodas mācīšanas paņēmienus un novērot kā tie tiek pielietoti vairākās angļu valodas nodarbībās. Pētījumā tika izmantotas tādas metodes kā teorētiskā un gadījuma izpēte. Lai pierādītu mērķi, tika pielietota metodiskās triangulācijas metode – šī darba autors novēroja trīs trešās klases angļu valodas nodarbības no dažādām skolām, kā vadlīnijas izmantojot paša autora veidotu nodarbību novērtējuma lapu, un, pēc nodarbībām, skolnieki aizpildīja aptaujas lapu, kas sniedza viņiem iespēju izpaust savas domas, grūtības un vēlmes attiecībā uz angļu valodas nodarbībām. Classical growth of hard-sphere colloidal crystals.

The classical theory of nucleation and growth of crystals is examined for concentrated suspensions of hard-sphere colloidal particles. The work of Russel is modified, extended, and evaluated, explicitly. Specifically, the Wilson-Frenkel growth law is modified to include the Gibbs-Thomson effect and is evaluated numerically. The results demonstrate that there is a critical nucleus radius below which crystal nuclei will not grow. A kinetic coefficient determines the maximum growth velocity possible. Einkristalle von Copolymeren aus 3,3-Bis(chlormethyl)oxetan und s-Propiolacton wurden bezuglich Schmelzverhalten, Schmelzenthalpie, Dichte und Langperiode untersucht. Aus der Messung der Schmelzenthalpie und der Dichte berechnen sich Kristallisationsgrade von 50—60% in guter Ubereinstimmung mit einem Modell, welches den Ausschlus der aus s-Propiolacton (PL) entstandenen Grundbausteine von dem aus Sequenzen der 3,3-Bis(chlormethyl)oxetan (BCMO-)Einheiten aufgebauten Gitter verlangt. Molecular association in low-temperature and high-pressure polymorphs of 1,1,1,2-tetrachloroethane

Interactions and aggregation of 1,1,1,2-tetrachloroethane molecules, Cl3CCH2Cl, have been investigated at low temperature and high pressure. Isobaric and isochoric crystallizations led to two polymorphs, characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The low-temperature polymorph α is monoclinic, space group C2/c, with molecules orientationally disordered in two sites at the temperature independent 70:30 rate. In isothermal conditions (295 K) 1,1,1,2-tetrachloroethane freezes at 0.73 GPa. The high-pressure polymorph β is monoclinic, space group P21/c, with the molecules fully ordered. Das nach dem Erhitzen oft innerhalb von Sekunden stattfindende partielle Schmelzen und erneute Kristallisieren von Terylen konnte mittels einer Abschreckmethode quantitativ untersucht werden. Die je nach der thermischen Vorbehandlung verschiedenen Schmelzkurven wurden unbeeinflust von Neukristallisationseffekten aufgenommen und weiterhin der Nachweis erbracht, das nur die gesamte Schmelzkurve und nicht der Kristallisationsgrad allein den kristallinen Zustand einer Probe ausreichend charakterisiert. Tässä artikkelissa tutkimme suomalaisten englanninopettajien käsityksiä maahanmuuttajaoppilaista, joilla on monikielinen tausta, vieraan kielen luokkahuoneessa. Aiemmat tutkimukset monikielisistä oppijoista ovat keskittyneet toisen kielen oppimiseen tai oppijan äidinkieleen. Tässä tutkimuksessa keskitymme englantiin vieraana kielenä, sillä maailma on aiempaa monikielisempi ja liikkuvuus yleisempää kuin ennen. Primary identities in the lower Omo valley: migration, cataclysm, conflict and amalgamation, 1750–1910

This article applies the notion of primary identity to explore the emergence of ethnic identities in the southern-most tract of the lower Omo valley. Current identities here are the result of two correlated patterns of movement that have occurred over the past 150 years: migration to the valley by organised pastoralists and scattered groups, and a general movement down the river and into the Omo delta, where the ecological niche generated by the regular flooding of the Omo River provided a rich variety of livelihood alternatives. Eurooppalaisen viitekehyksen (EVK) merkitys kielikoulutukselle on lisännyt tutkimusta sen taitotasojen kielellisistä piirteistä; tarkempi tieto näistä piirteistä auttaisi EVK:n soveltamista opetusmateriaalien, kurssien ja arviointin laatimiseen. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin eroavatko EVK:n tasot toisistaan syntaksin kompleksisuuden perusteella. Suomalaiset 14- ja 17-vuotiaat englannin oppijat (N=379) kirjoittivat kolme kirjoitelmaa, jotka arvioitiin EVK:n taitotasoille. In southwestern Niger, near Niamey, several thousand single-use bloomery furnaces have been mapped and identified. The archaeological study of approximately 30 furnaces and their slag reveals the existence of four methods for iron smelting: three types of pit furnace and one slag-tapping type. The slag pit furnaces are clearly differentiated by the form and volume of their pits. All slag-tapping furnaces drain off slag through small openings. The slag is tapped either vertically or laterally. According to radiocarbon dates, the smelting activity developed in the 2 nd century AD and intensified through to the 14 th century.
