The silent work of speech. On an Enactive Grammar’s Insight

Many research programs have been worked out in recent years in order to account for an apparently trivial aspect of the human language activity. We refer to the fact that every speaker hears the sound of his own words. Our paper aims to embed this empirical insight in the theoretical framework of the so-called enactive grammar. This choice is justified by the fact that the enactive grammar introduced a formal distinction which allows to provide a clear formulation of the jakobsonian assert. El presente estudio trata acerca de la arquitectura de un edificio renacentista de promedios del siglo XVI, obra del arquitecto Julián de Alamíquez, enclavado en tierras del noreste de Murcia, en la ciudad de Jumilla, y que originariamente fue destinado a Casa-Ayuntamiento, habiendo tenido otros usos posteriores. La comunidad de monjes jerónimos del monasterio de San Miguel de los Reyes, extramuros de Valencia, surgió en 1546 sobre el cenobio cisterciense de San Bernardo de Rascanya o de la Huerta, fundado en el último tercio del siglo XIV. Junto al cambio de orden monástica e intitulación había un proyecto de monumentalizar el cenobio. No obstante, siempre se tuvieron en cuenta las obras preexistentes y en la medida de lo posible éstas fueron asumidas. The delay of onset of irritation phenomena at the chorioallantoic membrane of incubated hen's eggs, a parameter for anti-inflammatory activity, was determined for the pharmaceutical substances diclofenac, flufenamic acid, ibuprofen, indomethacin, ketoprofen, piroxicam, phenylbutazone, salicylic acid, and sodium salicylate. Alongside questions relating to the dose-effect ratio, metabolisation, recovery, and diffusion of the substances to their site of action were investigated. Macromolecular prodrugs of a hydrophilic polymer [α,β-poly( N- hydroxyethyl)-DL-aspartamide (PHEA)] was used as a drug carrier. Three poly- (HEA)-NSAID adducts were studied: poly(HEA)-Alclofenac, poly(HEA)-Keto profen, and poly(HEA)-Ibuprofen. Prodrugs with different drug content were synthesized both as water-soluble and water-insoluble agents. Hydrolysis of water-soluble adducts in a simulated gastric juice was studied.

Comparison of the degradation mechanisms of diclofenac in the presence of iron octacarboxyphthalocyanine and myeloperoxidase

The degradation process of diclofenac (DCF) by hematoprotein myeloperoxidase (MPO) and iron octacarboxyphthalocyanine (FePcOC) in the presence of hydrogen peroxide was compared. During the oxidation of diclofenac, in the presence of iron octacarboxyphthalocyanine (FePcOC) and hydroxyl radicals (HO•) (from H2O2), an intermediate product (dimer with an m/z value of 587) with the characteristic yellow colouration and an intense band at λmax = 451 nm is formed. Iron octacarboxyphthalocyanine oxidises in the presence of hydrogen peroxide, following the first-order reaction kinetics for FePcOC and H2O2. Abstract This paper considers the education of the labour force based on an analysis of trends in and the relationships between job polarization and skills mismatch. Both job polarization and skills mismatch have become topics of increasing interest, but relationships between the two have been relatively neglected in the literature. We argue that the relationship between polarization and skills mismatch is an empirical matter, which we analyse at both the macroeconomic and microeconomic level in European countries.
