Il lavoro di analisi e valutazione degli elaborati scritti, codificati in rapporto alle abilità metacognitive che si intendeva potenziare, è stato realizzato in base a 20 indicatori scelti e costruiti dal gruppo di ricerca.

L'articolo esplora il trattamento penale dei fatti di corruzione privata, anche alla luce della recente legge n. 190/2012. Due le tesi principali sostenute: 1) contrariamente a quel che si crede, nel nostro ordinamento esiste già (ed esisteva anche prima del 2012) una incriminazione - sia pur non diretta - dei fatti di corruzione privata; 2) la riforma del 2012 cambia l'offensita' tipica dei reati di cui all'art. 2635 c.c., affiancando alla tutela del patrimonio, una tutela della concorrenza quale interesse dei consumatori. The paper explores the Italian discipline on private bribery, which has recently undergone significant reform through law no. 190/2012.

The main difficulties come from features inherent to interactive solution processes involving real decision makers. The human can be replaced by an artificial decision maker (ADM) to evaluate methods quantitatively. Abstract Trace elements selenium, copper, and zinc are essential minerals for the human body. One of the means to increase the micronutrient content in diets is to add them to food raw materials, for example, to enrich grain with micronutrients during malt production. To obtain rye malt, 3 kg grain was soaked in 10 l water with addition of three mineral salts — sodium selenate (Na2SeO4), copper sulphate (CuSO4 5H2O), and zinc sulphate (ZnSO4 7H2O) at different concentrations and different combination of salts. We present the first detection of atomic emission lines from the atmosphere of an exoplanet. We detect neutral iron lines from the day-side of KELT-9b (Teq $\sim$ 4, 000 K). We combined thousands of spectrally resolved lines observed during one night with the HARPS-N spectrograph (R $\sim$ 115, 000), mounted at the Telescopio Nazionale Galileo. We introduce a novel statistical approach to extract the planetary parameters from the binary mask cross-correlation analysis.
