Analysis of Factors Influencing the Dynamics of Labor Emigration: Case-Study of Ukraine

This article analyzes the results of foreign and domestic scientists in the field of labor migration and the factors of this phenomenon. Based on previous researches, factors have been grouped into four main categories, which include all areas of life of existing and potential migrants, such as economic and political, social and climatic. Labor migration is constantly growing. Thus, according to the UN estimates, the number of migrant workers in the world in 2019 amounted to 272 million people, ie 3.5 % of the population, compared to 2010, the figure increased by 56.25 %. <div>El proceso de necesarias reformas de la educación científica en el que estamos inmersos desde hace algunas décadas tropieza con la dificultad de lograr una adecuada formación del profesorado. En este trabajo se intenta justificar que dichas dificultades proceden, en buena medida, de la aceptación acrítica de una serie de mitos bloqueadores. Con este fin, se analizan dichos mitos a la luz de la investigación en didáctica de las ciencias y se extraen algunas consecuencias para una mejor orientación de la formación de los profesores de ciencias de secundaria y universidad.</div><div> </div>

This article surveys the academic literature on rights-based legislation and critically discusses key findings and arguments that emerge from this literature. I conduct this survey and discussion in light of a wider understanding of the political economy of Indian democracy as resilient but limited in terms of substantial forms of redistribution and recognition in favour of subaltern groups. Automatic Identification System (AIS) has been employed for increasing the safety at the sea. Nowadays general information about the marine traffic can be tracked in operational mode using www.marinetraffic.com web portal. Additional information can be purchased for commercial and research purposes. Our study highlights a possibility to study the drift using an additional information available at www.marinetraffic.com - selected data on vessel position during its status “not under command”, which corresponds to the drifting vessels. This exploratory paper aims at showing how the fractal dimension can be used to characterise the spatial structure of built-up areas within the periurban fringe. The southern periphery of Brussels is considered here. Two estimation techniques (correlation and dilation) are applied to surface areas, and one (correlation after dilation) to the borders of built-up areas. They are applied to windows of fixed size. Fractal dimensions are then compared with traditional socio-economic and morphological indicators. Abstract This work focuses on a broad class of uncapacitated p-hub median problems that includes non-stop services and setup costs for the network structures. In order to capture both the single and the multiple allocation patterns as well as any intermediate case of interest, we consider the so-called r-allocation pattern with r denoting the maximum number of hubs a terminal can be allocated to. This paper addresses issues on road safety analysis through microscopic traffic simulation models. The Surrogate Safety Assessment Model (SSAM) was applied to read vehicle trajectory files generated by two micro-simulators and then calculate surrogate measures of safety.
