Introducción: La vulnerabilidad de los niños y la actual situación epidemiológica, hace necesario el uso de instrumentos validados para estudiar sus hábitos alimenticios tanto en contextos familiares como en escolares. Objetivo: Validar una Subescala de Hábitos Alimentarios en Niños (SEHAN), de 10 a 12 años. Método: Se validó el instrumento y sus ítems por cinco expertos y apartir de estas valoraciones se calculó el coeficiente de concordancia canónica (CCC). ObjectivesThe Norwegian randomized controlled trial Early Food for Future Health provided parental anticipatory guidance on early protective feeding practices from child age 6 to 12 months through an eHealth intervention. Introducción: La obesidad infantil está alcanzando cifras muy elevadas entre la población infantil española favoreciendo la obesidad en la edad adulta. El objetivo del presente estudio es conocer el estado nutricional de estudiantes de seis colegios de la provincia de Valencia y su grado de adhesión a la Dieta Mediterránea (DM).Material y métodos: Estudio transversal en el que participaron 777 estudiantes, 49,9% eran chicos y 50,1% chicas con edades comprendidas entre 8 y 16 años. The pre-adolescence in woman is a key stage to obtain adequate bone mineral content and to decrease the risk of osteoporosis in adulthood. Exercise and adequate nutrition can influence the bone growth process. The aim of this paper was to verify if a different pre-exercise meal can change exercise-induced bone resorption in female child artistic gymnasts. Twenty-eight preadolescent female were requited for this study.
