Nazwy własne (antroponimy, toponimy, chrematonimy i in.), których liczba w zasobach języka przekracza liczbę nazw pospolitych, z reguły nie są utrwalane w słownikach, ani jednojęzycznych, ani przekładowych. Tymczasem nazwy te, zwłaszcza złożone (wielowyrazowe), stanowią poważny problem leksykograficzny i translatorski. Tytuły utworów literackich, muzycznych, malarskich czy filmowych należą do zbioru nazw własnych, których główną funkcją jest identyfikowanie poszczególnych obiektów (dzieł sztuki). Tym samym tytuły należą do klasy reproduktów, gdyż w tekstach muszą być reprodukowane w ustalonej dla danego języka formie. Tworzy to istotny problem dla tłumaczy, zwłaszcza w przekładzie tekstów, które zawierają w sobie tytuły. W artykule stawiana jest teza, że wprowadzanie tytułów do słowników ogólnych i/lub tworzenie specjalnych słowników przekładowych mogłoby rozwiązać ten problem translatorski. Investigating the Structure of Vela X

Vela X is the prototypical example of a pulsar wind nebula whose morphology and detailed structure have been affected by the interaction with the reverse shock of its host supernova remnant. The resulting complex of filamentary structure and mixed-in ejecta embedded in a nebula that is offset from the pulsar provides the best example we have of this middle-age state that characterizes a significant fraction of composite SNRs, and perhaps all of the large-diameter PWNe seen as TeV sources. Comparison of local electrochemical impedance measurements derived frombi-electrode and microcapillary techniques

Abstract In the present paper, local electrochemical impedance spectra were obtained on a 316L stainless steel from two configurations: a dual microelectrode (bi-electrode) and microcapillaries. With the bi-electrode, the local impedance measurements were made from the ratio of the applied voltage to the local current density calculated from the application of the ohm's law. Il concetto di tributo ambientale in ambito comunitario risponde a specifici requisiti che coinvolgono gli elementi fondamentali del prelievo, quali la determinazione del presupposto e della base imponibile. Le scelte nazionali non sempre risultano coincidenti. L'ammissibilità e il favor comunitario verso l'introduzione di tributi a finalità ambientale deve sempre essere compatibile con il rispetto dei principi di divieto di tasse equivalenti a dazi doganali e di non discriminazione.
A CRITICAL STUDY CONCERNING THE PREPARATION OF THE STATEMENT OF CASH FLOWS THROUGH THE INDIRECT METHOD IN ROMANIA

Although not bound by law, by option, small and medium entities from Romania can prepare the statement for the modifications within their equity and / or the statement of cash flows. When companies select this option, any decision made by the consumer of accounting information is better founded, from the perspective of information sources that it uses, rather than the opposite, because the users of accounting information about a company are almost always interested by the way in which the company generates and uses cash and cash equivalents. In this paper we present the particularities implied in Romania by the preparation of the statement of cash flows using the indirect method.
Stochastic seismic analysis of MDOF structures with viscous damper devices

Fluid damper devices in civil structures such as buildings or bridges are commonly used as energy absorbers for seismic protection. The problem in the response analysis of structures with filled dampers mainly consists in the fact that, due to the strongly nonlinear behavior of such equipments, the response spectrum technique fails. In this paper by using the concept of power spectral density function compatible with the elastic response spectrum and the stochastic linearization technique, the equivalent damping ratio is obtained. With judgements no. 30490/2021 and no. 40652/2021 the Supreme Court affirmed that if the employee, as part of a contract, claims that the relationship is attributed to another employer, there is no burden of appeal from the cessation of the activity, unless there is a written communication equivalent to a dismissal.
