Pedagoginen etiikka koulukasvatuksen karttana ja kompassina

Tutkimuksen tehtävänä oli kuvata opettajaksi opiskelevien 1) käsityksiä opettajan työn eettisestä luonteesta, 2) näkemyksiä ohjaajan, opettajan ja kouluttajan työn eettisistä haasteista käytännössä, 3) oikeudenmukaisuutta koskevia menettelytapoja sekä 4) pedagogista etiikkaa määritteleviä kuvauksia. Tutkimusaineisto kerättiin vuosina 2001-2003 Joensuun yliopiston kasvatustieteiden tiedekunnassa opettajaksi opiskelevilta osana opettajan pedagogisiin opintoihin kuuluvaa pedagogisen etiikan opintojaksoa. Many studies have reported that economics and business students have been more apt to act in selfinterested ways when compared to their counterparts in other academic fields. It is our contention that past studies have not shed light on the underlying psychological differences which might be leading to this difference in behavior. ResumenSiguiendo los fundamentos de la crítica como sabotaje, este ensayo analiza la novela de Élmer Mendoza, Cóbraselo caro, como un efecto performativo de la lectura de la novela de Juan Rulfo, Pedro Páramo. A través del estudio de las relaciones lingüísticas, temáticas y situacionales entre esas dos novelas, muestra que Cóbraselo caro, aun siendo un efecto performativo de Pedro Páramo, supone el auto-sabotaje de Élmer Mendoza en relación a buena parte de su narrativa. Applying phenomenography in guidance and counselling research

This paper examines phenomenography as a viable qualitative approach in guidance and counselling research. A phenomenographic study maps the qualitatively different ways in which people experience a specific phenomenon and helps researchers to describe the aspects that make one way of experiencing a certain phenomenon qualitatively distinct from another. This paper presents an overview of phenomenographic research, encompassing theoretical, methodological and practical considerations. The application of this approach in guidance and counselling studies is illustrated with examples. peerReviewed

What stakeholder groups are addressed in the German blue chips’ corporate codes of ethics and why do companies concentrate on particular stakeholders? These questions were subject to a study on stakeholder salience in the corporate codes of ethics of the German DAX 30-companies. The extent and the mode stakeholders are addressed in the ethical codes of the companies listed in the German blue chip stock market index were analysed. The empirical results were interpreted in the light of stakeholder salience theory. Since the Spanish Constitution of 1978 there has been a full and effective administrative justice. The citizens have the possibility to request a judicial review of decisions taken by the public Administrations, while being either the owners of a subjective right or of a legitimate interest.
