Kanādas pirmiedzīvotāju sieviešu vēsturiskās traumas attēlojums mūsdienu filmās

Vēsturiskā trauma ir izvirzīta kā viena no galvenajām teorijām, lai atspoguļotu pagātnes notikumu un mūsdienu traumu daudzslāņaino apvienojumu. Darba mērķis ir analizēt Kanādas pirmiedzīvotāju sieviešu vēsturiskās traumas attēlojumu mūsdienu kinematogrāfijā. Par divām pētījuma metodēm izvēlēta salīdzinošā analīze un filmu traumu teorija. Tika secināts, ka visās trīs izvēlētajās filmās tika atspoguļotas šādas tēmas: negatīva ģimenes dinamika, grūtības esot mātes lomā, neobjektīva attieksme no policijas un sociālo dienestu puses, spēcīga kopienas sajūta un īpaša izcelta pirmiedzīvotāju noturība. Conjugative plasmids can confer antimicrobial resistance (AMR) to their host bacterium. The plasmids disperse even between distantly related host species, rescuing the host from otherwise detrimental effects of antibiotics. Little is known about the role of these plasmids in the spread of AMR during antibiotic treatment. One unstudied question is whether the past evolutionary history of a plasmid in a particular species creates host specificity in its rescue potential or if interspecific coevolution can improve interspecific rescues. Crosslinked xyloglucan-poly(vinyl alcohol) based hydrogel films have been synthetized and characterized for wound healing applications. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and glycerol (Gro) were added to have an optimal combination of softness, conformability and resilience. Physical hydrogel have been transformed into permanent covalent hydrogels by reaction with glutaraldehyde (GA). Structural and Electrochemical Analysis of CIGS: Cr Crystalline Nanopowders and Thin Films Deposited onto ITO Substrates

A new approach for the synthesis of nanopowders and thin films of CuInGaSe2 (CIGS) chalcopyrite material doped with different amounts of Cr is presented. The chalcopyrite material CuInxGa1 − xSe2 was doped using Cr to form a new doped chalcopyrite with the structure CuInxCryGa1 − x − ySe2, where x = 0.4 and y = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, or 0.3. The electrical properties of CuInx CryGa1 − x − ySe2 are highly dependent on the Cr content and results show these materials as promising dopants for the fabrication thin film solar cells. The processability of organic thermoelectric materials plays a crucial role due to their clear advantages of applicability in large-scale areas compared to traditional inorganic counterparts. A promising way to process thermoelectric materials based on conductive polymers is through in situ polymerization in an insulating polymer matrix.
