The anterior knee pain syndrome and functional patellar instability in the active young person is one of the most complex knee disorders, with a multiple factor and highly variable pathogenesis, with intermingling mechanical and neurological factors. Probably the neural factor is the cause of the well established symptoms in patients with certain mechanical anomalies and a knee overuse.

Angiographic studies of the arteries adjoining the knee in 25 patients show extensive kinking and stenoses of the popliteal artery and less frequently of the distal femoral artery during flexion of the knee joint. Almodóvar's Los abrazos rotos explores the possibilities of cinema to represent the holy contents of the myth. According to two modes of its expression (reflection and the unseen), we can see the implementation of a blunt myth. The myth is attenuated in its produced or spectacular content, with a focus on the symbol and on minesis. The myth reveals but it does not exhibit itself. It seems that the transcendent could be represented using the irony of those who proves the innuendo. The myth is given through the blindness which denies mimesis and shows its more peculiar contents in a blunted way.

On December 24, 2018, the Etna volcano has recorded a significant eruption. Linked to this phenomenon, after a seismic swarm of 72 shocks, a 4.8-magnitude earthquake struck a large area North of Catania city, on the Eastern coast of Sicily. Six villages reported 28 injured people and damages to the building. According to seismologists the earthquake had an unusual level of magnitude. There is a limited understanding of career development of sport coaches, especially from the subjective perspective focused on personal meaning and evaluation of this life project in sport. We drew on career construction theory and narrative methodology to explore football coaches’ career development, adaptability resources, and the meanings they assigned to their journeys. Ten women’s football (soccer) coaches (2 women) aged 23-60 in England took part in narrative interviews which we analysed using thematic narrative analysis. Blends of Semiflexible Polymers: Interplay of Nematic Order and Phase Separation

Mixtures of semiflexible polymers with a mismatch in either their persistence lengths or their contour lengths are studied by Density Functional Theory and Molecular Dynamics simulation. Considering lyotropic solutions under good solvent conditions, the mole fraction and pressure is systematically varied for several cases of bending stiffness κ (the normalized persistence length) and chain length N.
