The Role of the Prefect in the Italian Legal System

Any approach to the prefectoral institute, as it appears today as result of the recent changes introduced in the Italian legal system over the last years, cannot be reconstructed by starting from government representation, and consequently, from the fundamental character of several competences of the Prefect in Italy in the light of the deep reforms of the Italian public administration in the perspective of the “multi-level constitutionalism” the progressive emergence and developments of organs, structure and procedures that create legal norms and impose such norms on citizens of different national states3.

Svarīgākais instruments ir vairāku valodu izmantošana mācību laikā, īpaši, latviešu un angļu. Šī darba mērķis ir pārbaudīt un pilnveidot pašlaik valodu apguves procesā izmantotās metodoloģijas piemērotību. Darbā izklāstīts pētāmā jautājuma teorētiskais pamatojums; praktiskajā daļā īpaši detalizēti tiek analizēti jauni, autora izstrādāti valodas mācību materiāli.

This study explores learner identity (LI) in digital texts of identity (DTI) produced by college learners in English as a foreign language (EFL). In so doing, it aims to shed light on learners’ connections of their learning experiences across time and settings, and their impact on the various learner identities that form their LI. Since the university education of psychologists began in Spain in 1954, the history of psychology course has been included in the curriculum. In the first few years, only half of the curricula offered the course.
