Durante la segunda mitad del XIX, el paisaje valenciano se desarrolló fundamentalmente en torno a una temática concreta, a través de la cual los artistas se definían como verdaderos paisajistas. Estos temas centrales fueron los conventos, la albufera y la huerta. El devenir histórico del territorio valenciano había dado lugar al asentamiento de órdenes monásticas en parajes recónditos y paisajísticamente bellos, los cuales, con el paso del tiempo, ofrecían un aspecto ruinoso repleto de vegetación propiamente mediterránea. Measurement of isolated-photon pair production in pp collisions at root s=7 TeV with the ATLAS detector

The ATLAS experiment at the LHC has measured the production cross section of events with two isolated photons in the final state, in proton-proton collisions at √s = 7 TeV . The full data set collected in 2011, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.9 fb[superscript −1], is used. The amount of background, from hadronic jets and isolated electrons, is estimated with data-driven techniques and subtracted. The total cross section, for two isolated photons with transverse energies above 25 GeV and 22 GeV respectively, in the acceptance of the electromagnetic calorimeter (|η| 0.4, is 44.0[+3.2 over −4.2] pb. Conditions for statistical determination of the neutrino mass spectrum in radiative emission of neutrino pairs in atoms

The photon spectrum in macrocoherent atomic de-excitation via radiative emission of neutrino pairs (RENP) has been proposed as a sensitive probe of the neutrino mass spectrum, capable of competing with conventional neutrino experiments. In this paper we revisit this intriguing technique in order to quantify the requirements for statistical determination of some of the properties of the neutrino spectrum, in particular the neutrino mass scale and the mass ordering. Our results are sobering. Defects of metal-halide perovskites detrimentally influence the optoelectronic properties of the thin film and, ultimately, the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Especially, defect-mediated nonradiative recombination that occurs at the perovskite interface significantly limits the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of PSCs. In this regard, interfacial engineering or surface treatment of perovskites has become a viable strategy for reducing the density of surface defects, thereby improving the PCE of PSCs.
