The Great National Debate, decided by Emmanuel Macron at the beginning of 2019 to respond to the Yellow Vests social movement, allowed the collection of citizens’ contributions on the ecological transition via an online platform. In this article, we use the corpus constituted by these contributions to identify areas where participants are asking for the development of bicycle paths and railway facilities. For this purpose, we have created a classification model to identify contributions dealing with the theme of transportation and proposed a method for extracting patterns that reflect the contributors’ proposals. Given the high interest in the field of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for Linked Data approaches over the last years, the article at hand presents an evaluation of the main Linked Data vocabularies available for the considered domain. First, Semantic Web layer architecture is presented, along with the 4 main principles of Linked Data. Second, each vocabulary is evaluated according to these 4 principles, while 2 additional ones are added in order to assess the licence associated with the vocabulary (open or not, specified or missing). In this thesis, after an introduction where we briefly present the general context of Casimir physics, we present the results obtained during the PhD. At first, we show our work about the van der Waals/Casimir-Polder interactions between two atoms in an out-of-equilibrium condition due to their uniformly accelerated motion. We study the system of two uniformly accelerated atoms in vacuum space, when they are in their ground-state and when they are in a correlated state (one excited and one ground-state atom). Identification of hexanuclear Actinide(IV) carboxylates with Thorium, Uranium and Neptunium by EXAFS spectroscopy

International audience; Hydrated actinide(IV) ions undergo hydrolysis and further polymerization and precipitation with increasing pH. The resulting amorphous and partly crystalline oxydydroxides AnO(n)(OH)(4-2n)center dot xH(2)O can usually be observed as colloids above the An(IV) solubility limit. The aging process of such colloids results in crystalline AnO(2). The presence of carboxylates in the solution prevents the occurrence of such colloids by formation of polynuclear complexes through a competing reaction between hydrolysis and ligation. D’un point de vue environnemental ce gaz est impliqué à la fois dans l’effet de serreadditionnel et la destruction de la couche d’ozone stratosphérique. Le pouvoir de réchauffementglobal (PRG) du N2O sur une durée de 100 ans est 265 fois supérieur à celui du dioxyde decarbone (CO2). Lorsque plusieurs descripteurs sont étudiés (situation du profil sensoriel), cette méthode devient quasiment impraticable car elle nécessite une dégustation par descripteur. Cette communication se propose de synthétiser un ensemble de travaux visant à proposer des méthodes d’obtention de courbes des évolutions temporelles de plusieurs descripteurs simultanément.
