Influenza vaccination may limit the impact of influenza in the community. The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of influenza vaccination in preventing hospitalisation in individuals aged ≥ 65 years in Spain. A multicentre case–control study was conducted in 20 Spanish hospitals during 2013/14 and 2014/15. Patients aged ≥ 65 years who were hospitalised with laboratory-confirmed influenza were matched with controls according to sex, age and date of hospitalisation. International audience; Cet article souhaite contribuer à une théorie "gestionnaire" de la firme autour de trois questions fondamentales : la finalité de l'entreprise, sa gouvernance et son ancrage institutionnel (et ses enjeux sociétaux). Les auteurs partent du principe que l'entreprise doit être appréhendée comme une action collective. Lieu de coopération(s), la firme se comprend et s'analyse comme un (ou des) projet(s) qui fédère(ent) ses acteurs internes ou externes, ses fameuses parties prenantes. Cela implique d'adopter une perspective partenariale et cognitive en matière de gouvernance si l'on veut rendre compte convenablement de l'ensemble des mécanismes à l'oeuvre en la matière.

Abstract This paper examines the distributional effects of international trade in a general equilibrium model with heterogeneous agents and a welfare state redistributing income. The redistribution scheme is financed by a progressive income tax and gives the same absolute transfer to all individuals. Ceteris paribus, international trade leads to an increase in income per capita but also to higher income inequality on two fronts. Inter-group inequality between managers and workers increases, and intra-group inequality within the group of managers goes up as well. This study seeks to shed the light on the role of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as a management tool adopted by multinational corporations in their monitoring of the headquarters/ subsidiary performance. We have opted for a deductive approach, focusing on multinational corporations whose subsidiaries are based in Morocco and which are endowed with the ERP tool. To meet this end, we have carried out both a qualitative and a quantitative study. Dichrooscytus gustavi differs from D. rufipennis and D. intermedius primarily by a smaller size of the body and the entirely green scutellum. Its occurrence has been confirmed so far in more than ten European countries, where it was reported to live on Juniperus communis L. and also on different introduced species of Cupressaceae. In this note the first locality of this species in Poland is presented. Knowledge spillovers within urban economies are also sources of spillovers between cities. We examine how knowledge spillovers influenced the economic growth of 82 European metropolises over the 1990-2005 period. We model knowledge spillovers between cities on the basis of five specific interaction patterns based on geography, networks of multinational firms in advanced services, institutional climate and two combinations of these factors. Spatial models are estimated to detail the effects of growth factors in terms of spillovers and externalities.
