The electronic structure of Ge9[Si(SiMe3)3]3-: a superantiatom complex.

We report on the electronic structure of Ge(9)[Si(SiMe(3))(3)](3)(-). Systematic density functional theory analysis of the electronic shell structure of the cluster and its derivatives reveals that the Ge(9)[Si(SiMe(3))(3)](3)(-) and its neutral counterpart have electronic shells that can be explained using the superatom model. The ligand-core interaction of these complexes is distinctly different from previously identified gold, gallium, and aluminium superatom complexes, indicating an electron-donating rather than electron-withdrawing ligand. In these homing blogs, selfrepresentations are characteristically spatially demarcated within the private sphere of the home. As these repeated representations of women in their homes take place in the public space of the internet, homing blogs work towards naturalizing the home as a women’s sphere. Problematyka istnienia norm różnych dziedzin prawa, które wzajemnie na siebie oddziaływają, nie jest zjawiskiem nowym. Niemniej w przypadku gdy stosowanie jednych z nich wyklucza inne normy prawa bądź też prowadzi do osłabienia ich oddziaływania, jest to sytuacja niepożądana. Dotyczy to zarówno jednostki, jak i organów władzy publicznej. Normy prawa upadłościowego i restrukturyzacyjnego nie zawsze uwzględniają specyfikę prawa podatkowego – i odwrotnie. Explaining classroom teachers’ attitudes towards inclusive education

Teacher attitudes have been identified as an important resource when striving towards inclusive education as defined in the Salamanca Statement (1994). This study surveyed some key factors associated with teacher attitudes towards inclusion. The participants were 1,456 classroom teachers in Finnish primary schools who were asked about their readiness to include in their classrooms a student with a specified special educational need (SEN). The results were reviewed in association with some background variables, including workload concerns, evaluation of professional skills and the opportunity to get extra support if needed. Mediante una metodología de obtención de datos de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo, el artículo pretende sondear la realidad en el aula de traducción jurídica en España a través del análisis exhaustivo de las guías docentes del conjunto de módulos ofertados en traducción jurídica.
