Linguistic categories were developed as tools for describing language systems and making them easier to learn. However, like many theoretical concepts and systems, they do not fully represent the real world and, in some cases, seek to imprison linguistic units within a well-ordered system – a procrustean bed as it were. La redazione dei Piani Paesaggistici ha avuto tre momenti significativi che trovano riscontro in tre differenti leggi, ovvero in tre differenti periodi storici. Il primo momento fu rappresentato dalla legge del 1939 (n. 1497/39). Si trattava di una legge dal netto taglio idealista con forte approccio autoritario che puntava diritto sul principio della «protezione delle bellezze naturali» come lo stesso titolo declina. Large scale photovoltaic (PV) solar power plants are gaining popularity in Chile. Solar energy potential in northern Chile is one of the best worldwide and true deserts are considered ideal environments for solar power plant projects. Atacama Desert is one of the driest places on earth. Nevertheless, northern Chile is home for many endemic species with 40 different vegetation types. The implementation of new special education legislation in Finland

This article examines the implementation of new special education legislation in Finland among students with significant disabilities. The data consist of a nationwide survey and field observations. In the analysis, a policy implementation framework is utilized as a theoretical lens. The findings suggest that schools and municipalities that had participated in long-term development projects had more capacity and willingness to reform special education practices substantially, suggesting that learning in one policy area can transfer to other domains across multiple levels of national and local governments. Andrzej Lipski (1572–1631) pochodził ze średnioszlacheckiej rodziny wyznania lute- rańskiego. Studiował na uczelniach protestanckich (1582–1594 – Strasburg, Heidelberg) i katolickich (1603–1605 – Rzym), uzyskując doktorat obojga praw. Karierę Lipskiego w kancelarii koronnej przyspieszyło przejście na katolicyzm, obranie stanu duchowego i protekcja biskupa-podkanclerzego Piotra Tylickiego, wpływowego stronnika kanclerza Jana Zamoyskiego. Lipski należał wówczas do duchowieństwa państwowego, które słu- żyło królowi i Rzeczypospolitej, a dochody czerpało z beneficjów, o których uzyskanie łatwiej było przy dworze.
