Il saggio esamina le principali disposizioni in materia di obbligazioni e di contratti introdotte dalla normativa emergenziale al fine di fronteggiare la pandemia di Covid-19 e tenta di ricondurle a sistema. “Optime educatus” : Book historical perspectives on Prince Sigismund’s education in sixteenth-century Sweden

The article analyses some aspects of writing in Prince Sigismund Vasa’s (1566-1632) education in the latter half of sixteenth-century Sweden. The focus is on the rare, hand-written material of his youth, which reflects the educational ideals, practices and strategies in the inter-confessional Jagiellon–Vasa family and at their court(s) in the context of a complex political situation. One example is young Sigismund’s salutation to the Pope included in her mother’s, Catherine Jagiellon’s (1526-1583), letter. In addition, two letters held at the Riksarkivet (Swedish National Archives), Stockholm, categorized as “royal autographs” are explored and transcribed for the first time. peerReviewed

Prey preference of top predators and energy flow across habitat boundaries are of fundamental importance for structure and function of aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems, as they may have strong effects on production, species diversity, and food-web stability. Desde la transición política y con la firma de la constitución española de 1978 se han ido perpetrando ciertos problemas estructurales que han dificultado la representatividad de los ciudadanos así como la confianza en el agente que ha de representarles; de modo que la soberania popular se ha visto secuestrada por la burocracia de partidos que ha pasado a dictar la voluntad del pueblo. En esta investigación se lleva a cabo un repaso de los múltiples escollos que nuestra Carta Magna consagra, y se realiza un análisis de la coherencia interna respecto a la propia Constitución y los valores que en ella se promulgan.

This study concerns the legal situation of a receivable secured by a registered pledge in a debtor’s sanation (restructuring) proceedings. The registered pledgee has a special position in the course of such proceedings. The study discusses the rules of subjecting the receivable secured by the arrangement, the rules of preparing and contesting the list of receivables, and finally the rules of satisfying the pledgee.
