Niniejsze opracowanie poświęcone zostało problematyce wniosku prokuratora o zmianę lub uchylenie prawomocnego postanowienia o stwierdzeniu nabycia spadku. Ingerencja prokuratora w postępowanie cywilne ma charakter wyjątkowy. Jest ona uwarunkowana potrzebą ochrony praworządności. Natomiast postępowanie cywilne służy zaspokajaniu interesów prywat-nych. W opracowaniu wskazano na istotę instytucji wzruszenia prawomocnego postanowienia spadkowego. Przedstawione zostały ogólne zasady uczestnictwa prokuratora w postępowaniu cywil-nym. Ceux-ci, comme sous l'Ancien Régime, sont encadrés et surveillés par les autorités séculières, en particulier par les tribunaux. Defects in III-N LEDs: experimental identification and impact on electro-optical characteristics

III-N light-emitting-diodes (LEDs) are subject of intense investigations, thanks to their high efficiency and great reliability. The quality of the semiconductor material has a significant impact on the electro-optical performance of LEDs: for this reason, a detailed characterization of defect properties and the modeling of the impact of defects on device performance are of fundamental importance. This presentation addresses this issue, by discussing a set of recent case studies on the topic; specifically, we focus on the experimental characterization of defects, and on the modeling of their impact on the electro-optical characteristics of the devices.

El estudio comparativo muestra cómo ambos palacios se usaban inicialmente como residencias de caza en lugares con abundancia de agua y pesca. Downfall of the domestic gods. A Discovery of Statues in a 3rd-century House in Entrains-sur-Nohain (Burgundy, France)

Several stone statuettes of domestic gods have been discovered in houses in the Roman city of Intaranum, now Entrains (Nièvre), located in the north of the Aeduii territory. During an excavation carried out by INRAP in 2014-2015 in the northern part of the city, nine new statuettes were unearthed, some intact or barely damaged. The statuettes are of feminine or masculine deities, who sit and hold their knees, symbolising material welfare. Some statuettes come from in previously identified workshops. Polifenoli un fenolskābes kā dziļās glikēšanas gala produktu veidošanās inhibitori in vitro

Tiek uzskatīts, ka dziļās glikēšanas gala produktu (AGE) inhibitoriem ir terapeitisks potenciāls pacientiem, kuriem ir ar vecumu saistītas slimības, piemēram, diabēts, neirodeģenerācija, ateroskleroze. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis bija izpētīt fenolskābju galluskābes, hlorogēnskābes un polifenolu rutīna un kvercetīna ietekmi uz AGE veidošanos in vitro. AGE inhibīcijas īpašības tika pētītas in vitro, izmantojot divas modeļu sistēmas: liellopu seruma albumīns ar metilglioksālu un liellopu seruma albumīns ar glikozi.
