El conocimiento de la embriogenesis del cordon umbilical permite comprender su evolucion durante la gestacion y algunas variantes de lo normal, que tienen buen pronostico si se presentan de forma aislada. Al principio, el cordon umbilical esta compuesto por tres pediculos: embrionario, vitelino y alantoideo. El quiste del uraco es secundario a una persistencia anormal del conducto alantoideo, y el diverticulo de Meckel resulta de una reabsorcion incompleta del conducto vitelino. Si las anomalias del cordon son aisladas, el riesgo de aneuploidia es bajo. The free amino acids content in the Walker tumour and in some organs (liver, lung and skeletal muscle) of the tumour-bearing rats has been chromatograprically determined at different times after the tumour implantation. The contents were very poor in the first stages of the tumour growth but they largely increased with the tumour growth. In the organs of the tumour-bearing rats the aminoacids contents were considerably modified in comparison with the normal animals.

ZusammenfassungPatienten mit monoklonaler Gammopathie können eine behandlungsbedürftige paraproteinämische Keratopathie (PPK) aufweisen. Die PPK muss gegenüber verschiedenen Formen von Hornhautdystrophie, einzelnen systemischen Stoffwechselstörungen mit Hornhautbeteiligung sowie gegenüber immunologischen und inflammatorischen Hornhauterkrankungen abgegrenzt werden.
10-Year Journey Through Brain Gliomas: Case Report

Abstract We present the case of a 28-year-old doctor who was diagnosed in 2009 with grade II oligodendroglioma. In the next 10 years he underwent 4 surgeries, passing in turn through 3 different types of cerebral gliomas: grade II oligodendroglioma, grade III oligoastrocytoma and IDH Wild-Type glioblastoma. In the spirit of the surgical resection limited by the preservation of the function, he was able to practice his medical profession until the last months of his life. Life expectancy at the time of diagnosis complied with all the statistical data.
