Jak wiadomo, język niemiecki jest językiem pluricentrycznym z narodowymi odmianami/centrami, który w obrębie języka prawa różni się także ze względu na obowiązujące w różnych krajach niemieckojęzycznych różne systemy prawa. Austriacki kodeks cywilny (ABGB), uchwalony w roku 1811, jest prawie o cały wiek starszy od swego odpowiednika w RFN (BGB), który wszedł w życie w roku 1900. Ów dystans czasowy pociąga za sobą także różnice w zakresie języka obu kodeksów. Celem artykułu jest pokazanie cech wspólnych i różnic w obrębie kolokacji w niemieckim i austriackim kodeksie cywilnym, które dotąd prawie całkowicie pozostawały poza obszarem badań.

Bakalaura darba “Nāve Vergilija ‘’Eneīdā’’ ” būtība ir noskaidrot romiešu dzejnieka Vergīlija nāvi apzīmējošo leksiku, ar to saistīto semantiku, bet mērķis ir izpētīt, aprakstīt un salīdzinoši analizēt nāves leksiski semantiskos laukus Vergīlija Eneīdā. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts nozīmes jēdziens, galvenie semantikas jautājumi un leksiski semantiskā lauka teorija. Praktiskā daļa balstīta uz kontekstuālo analīzi. No piemērotajām 12 autora grāmatām, ir atrasti - nāves leksiski semantiskā lauka elementi – tiešā un pārnestā nozīmē lietoti vārdi, to savienojumi. El incremento de la esperanza de vida ha dado lugar a un aumento de las enfermedades relacionadas con la edad y un mayor número de personas dependientes. El objetivo principal de nuestro estudio fue determinar si el ejercicio físico espontáneo realizado durante toda la vida afecta a la longevidad y al retraso de la fragilidad en un modelo murino. Nuestro principal problema ha sido la falta de una prueba de fragilidad en animales de experimentación. The relationship between credit ratings and asset liquidity: Evidence from Western European banks

This study examines the role of asset liquidity in Western European banks’ credit rating downgrades and upgrades over the 2005–2017 period. The results suggest that changes in bank credit ratings have been more favorable for banks that have a liquid asset portfolio. Furthermore, asset liquidity has a stronger effect on the credit rating of banks that already have an illiquid asset portfolio. In contrast, the effect is significantly smaller or nonexistent for the most liquid banks. These results imply that the new liquidity regulation introduced by the Basel III requirements will improve the stability and hence decrease the fragility of the European banking sector. The purpose of this document, a result of the harmonisation and revision of Guidelines published separately by the SIMFER, SIOMMMS/SIR, and SIOT associations, is to provide practical indications based on specific levels of evidence and various grades of recommendations, drawn from available literature, for the management of osteoporosis and for the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of fragility fractures.
