Die römische Fundstelle Oedenburg (Biesheim-Kunheim, Haut-Rhin, France) wird seit 1998 von einem international Team ausgegraben (Ecole pratique des hautes études, Paris, Universität Freiburg im Breisgau, Deutschland, Universität Basel, Schweiz). Gegenüber dem keltischen Oppidum von Breisach, nahe am heutigen Rhein gelegen, war die Siedlung in einer deutlich anderen Landschaft angelegt worden, die damals von verschiedenen Flussarmen durchzogen war. Pētījuma mērķis bija salīdzināt Latvijas karavīru, kuri ir dienējuši Starptautiskajās operācijās, ugunsdzēsēju un policistu pašu novērtētos traumas simptomus, noskaidrot sakarības starp dažādiem traumatiskās pieredzes aspektiem un traumas simptomiem katras grupas ietvaros, salīdzināt iedzīvotāju, policistu un ugunsdzēsēju priekšstatus par psiholoģisko traumatismu augsta riska profesijās, kā arī noskaidrot, kas ir pašu uztvertie palīdzošie faktori ugunsdzēsēju un policistu vidū. Analysis of Sagunto Ibero-Roman votive bronze statuettes by portable X-ray fluorescence

Abstract The main objective of this work was the study of chemical composition of an important collection of Ibero-Roman votive bronze statuettes exposed in the Archaeological Museum of Sagunto (Spain). Precision and accuracy of the measurements were obtained developing a proper analytical method, also avoiding any possible damage to the studied objects using a portable energy dispersive X- ray fluorescence system. Principal Components Analysis (PCA) to discriminate between groups based on ratios Fe/Cu, Pb/Cu, Sn/Cu, Ag/Cu, Ni/Cu and Impurities/Cu were employed to observe differences between the used smelting, manufacturing processes and raw materials.
